  • Bad warranty service

    I purchased a 2018 Hyundai sonata december 2017. Havent had any problems with the car except for the vents breaking just the center thing to move them side to side. Do to busy schedule its hard to find the time to take it in and be without a car for a whole day because they dont offer loaners. All the vents in the front ended breaking one by one at different times. When i finally took it in they misdiagnosed the problem said there were pieces of air vent clips even had their manager look at it and ge agreed believe his name is dwayne. In actuality it was pieces of the vent itself that had part numbers on it. Now we have warranty and even purchased exteneded one. The vents dont have impact marks or anything on them. Yet every time i have gone in there and talked to them about it seems like im on trial and theyre grilling me about what i may have done wrong for that to happen. Like im going to intentionally break something in a car that i work so hard for. The second time i didnt received a follow up call or anything a month went buy so i went in and talked to them due to all of them being broke they said no. Like its not possible that i got the lemon with bad vents. I talked to the manager then he said he would resubmit it and would call me within a week this was over two weeks ago and still havent heard from them the car is mechanically fine as far as customer service i wouldnt recommend this dealer. Really nice when youre buying the car not so much when something breaks.

    I have never had a problem with something as simple as an oil change until I started using the service center at Regional Hyundai. I've had multiple instances where the service was less than satisfactory. When I called to speak to the manager on the last occasion, he was very short and seemed like he wanted to hurry me off the phone. I will never go back and will always recommend against Regional Hyundai to friends and family.

    I had an "appointment" at 7am in the service department at Regional Hyundai in BA for a simple 2 hour recalibration. It's 3:30pm and the service department cannot tell me when my vehicle will be ready! Causing a major inconvenience as I have to pick up my grandchild from school . Better communication and ensure you deliver on what you say you will do! HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I had the option of NO stars that's what I would have selected.

    I moved to Broken Arrow for college and it felt like as soon as I got away from home by myself I started having more problems with my Hyundai Genesis then I've ever had. I'm so thankful for the service department here. From the top on down, they are amazing and super helpful. Living here alone and having car problems can be very scary but Regional Hyundai has always made me feel very comfortable and safe in my vehicle. More specifically Ray, has been the most helpful and genuinelly concerned for my safety in my vehicle. My family as well as myself truly appreciates you. Would highly highly recommend.

    Wayne Arnett the service manager is awesome!! I had been calling and speaking with Cam in the service dept., and I have a 2015 sonata turbo, well the tube coming from the air filter to the turbo had deteriorated where it joined up with turbo. well they ordered the part and then it kept not showing up, cam would call to update me and I would call cam for an update, well this went on for 2 months. well this week Tuesday I called and cam wasn't in so Wayne took the call he looked at the ticket and was stunned it took this long, he said he would look into it personally and call me back. and he did look into and called me back the next day, he explained that it was a manufacturing defect and Hyundai had redesigned the part, and that is why it took so long, but he put a call in to his contact at the central parts warehouse and got the newly redesigned part rushed over to him. he really stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of me. he explained everything and did the follow-up work. I'm highly impressed and glad I choose a Hyundai for me car. cant say enough good things about Wayne and the way he took control of the situation and got me taken care of.

    Everyone was polite and friendly. The two men I dealt with were super awesome and were very down to earth with how they spoke and explained things. Overall awesome guys I recommend them.

    I would just like to say Harold Story & Vince Marcheselli are great people to do business with. I filled out an app online and within minutes was contacted by Harold. He asked what I would be intrested in and that he would have everything set up for me before I even got there. I had to work late so I sent my wife to look at a few cars since this was for her. My wife was amazed at their customer service skills and how she didnt feel pressured into anything and really felt comfortable. We have bought plenty of cars but by far this is the most Honest, Upfront car dealership you will run across. The people there actually care about you not about selling you a car. My family will definitely be back to this dealership. Thanks again Harold and Vince......
  • Buy a Hyundai, But From Another Dealer

    This a fair review. My entire family is now at risk of serious injury or death if we have an auto accident! I love my Tucson and would have been a customer for life. I was totally sold on Hyundai. When I bought the car 5 years ago, the process was professional and relatively painless. At that time it was known as CarMax Honda. I was so pleased I wrote a two page letter for them to use as a marketing tool. It is now Regional Hyundai. I had one repair for power steering pump and was not charged. I had been thinking about purchasing an Elantra to replace my old truck since I have rented several of them during business trips. The Service Advisor (James P.) is professional and courteous. Here is where my heart burn comes in. I had an air bag sensor light come on several months ago and I stopped by to have them look at it. I was told it would be $45.00 for them to look at it even though it was under warranty and was a safety item. I did not have the money and did not think to get it documented and they did no actual work, so it was not input into the maintenance program. My mistake. Today, I took the car in for rear plugs and to get the air bag looked at. I am now 13,000 mile UNDER the mileage but 45 days OVER the 5 year warranty. Cost to repair $460.00. They have offered to pay labor if I pay the remaining $311.00 in parts. Not acceptable. Even if I had not been in two months prior, a safety item like NO airbags, so close to warranty, I would take care of it to keep a loyal customer. I have sent several people to look at Hyundai’s but I will tell a lot MORE people about how bad their customer service has been. I went from being very happy to VERY dissatisfied. I will never buy another Hyundai, ESPICALLY from this dealer. Buy your Hyundai elsewhere. Hyundai makes a very good vehicle but do your homework regarding dealers and DON’T BUY FROM REGIONAL HYUNDIA on 71st street in Broken Arrow!
