Extremely Inconvenienced

onI had an "appointment" at 7am in the service department at Regional Hyundai in BA for a simple 2 hour recalibration. It's 3:30pm and the service department cannot tell me when my vehicle will be ready! Causing a major inconvenience as I have to pick up my grandchild from school . Better communication and ensure you deliver on what you say you will do! HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I had the option of NO stars that's what I would have selected.
