From the sales department to the finance department all around amazing group of people. I'm sure if they timed it, I have… the fastest car selling record. As our last new car was a Hyundai purchased at Regional Hyundai, this was where we started our search. Ron Karmen, our sales associate was… professional knowlededgable. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in, and made a few other recommendations. We ended up going with one of his recommendations, and couldn't be happier! We are now a two Hyundai family!Bill is the greatest!

I absolutely love my new Santa Fe! I have never owned a brand new… car so Bill helping me get in one has just been amazing! Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful! We tried a couple “bad credit” dealers near us and could not get an… acceptable deal done. When we first talked to Bryce, he told us he doesn’t give up and he will do everything he could to get us into a good vehicle. Sure enough, a couple days later we made the 2 hour drive to pick up a truck we never thought we would get. Bryce made it happen!!! The sales and financial staff were the best I’ve ever dealt with and I would recommend anyone talk to them, regardless of your financial situation!!!Ron Karman is an excellent salesman!

The old bait and switch and other sales gimmicks had left us pretty gun shy before coming to Regional Hyundai. Our salesman… Bill and our experience at Regional Hyundai was excellent. by Beth on 03/19/2019I went in only looking to finance a used car. I had a tight budget and a few fancy features I wanted on a small SUV that other dealerships told me I couldn’t get with my budget. Rather than telling me that I would have to cut some things… out of my list, Stephen made it happen. I ended up walking out with a new Hyundai Kona with more features than I asked for! This car has a fresh warranty that I wouldn’t be getting with a used car, which gives me peace of mind knowing my car will be taken care of for a while. Will definitely be referring people to Stephen and Regional Hyundai.Honest, Knowledgeable, and Respectful
by Bluebell on 03/16/2019Ron was great! I live in OKC and Edmond Hyundai was terrible to me and blew me off as a potential customer even though I inquired specifically about the Sonata that I wanted. I then went to Automax in Del City. They didn't have the color… I wanted and told me there would be an upcharge on the car and that the person that does dealer trades was out of the office. That's when I started looking for the exact car match that I wanted and found it at Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow. I used the Chat bot function to inquire about the car. Within 30 minutes I had a response from the manager at Regional Hyundai and an introduction to Ron Karmen. Ron and I started emailing about what was on the car for accessories. He took pictures of the window sticker, and emailed lots of other information. It had everything I wanted except illuminated door sill plates. We worked out the installation of those with an out-the-door price that was fair. I paid $500 deposit to keep the car for a week until I could drive over and get it. They had the illuminated door sill plates installed, the car detailed and ready for me to take a test drive. It was perfect, and the paperwork process was streamlined. Then Ron took the time to help me sync up the 3 year complimentary BlueLink app. He also walked me through syncing up my AndroidAuto app. He explained some the features and got me off to a great start. I would recommend Ron and Regional Hyundai at Broken Arrow to anyone.They were open, honest, and easy to deal with.

That compromise is achieved when the final price is what the dealer is willing to accept… and the buyer is willing to pay. It is really that simple. At Regional Hyundai my wife and I have purchased three cars. Each time we had fun doing the deals, and have since enjoyed first rate service for periodic upkeep visits.Very good service
