Regional Hyundai

Ron was great! I live in OKC and Edmond Hyundai was terrible to me and blew me off as a potential customer even though I inquired specifically about the Sonata that I wanted. I then went to Automax in Del City. They didn't have the color I wanted and told me there would be an upcharge on the car and that the person that does dealer trades was out of the office. That's when I started looking for the exact car match that I wanted and found it at Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow. I used the Chat bot function to inquire about the car. Within 30 minutes I had a response from the manager at Regional Hyundai and an introduction to Ron Karmen. Ron and I started emailing about what was on the car for accessories. He took pictures of the window sticker, and emailed lots of other information. It had everything I wanted except illuminated door sill plates. We worked out the installation of those with an out-the-door price that was fair. I paid $500 deposit to keep the car for a week until I could drive over and get it. They had the illuminated door sill plates installed, the car detailed and ready for me to take a test drive. It was perfect, and the paperwork process was streamlined. Then Ron took the time to help me sync up the 3 year complimentary BlueLink app. He also walked me through syncing up my AndroidAuto app. He explained some the features and got me off to a great start. I would recommend Ron and Regional Hyundai at Broken Arrow to anyone.
