    I worked with Bill Chaalan over the phone to talk about the vehicle that I was interested in. When I arrived, he had it pulled up front and had it waiting on me. He took the time to walk me through the amenities of the vehicle. I also encountered Jason in management and Austin in Finance. My experience from start to end was amazing with quick service an accommodating employees. I will forever be a Regional Hyundai customer!!

    I started looking online for a vehicle to trade in my 2016 Hyundai Elantra Gt and get a better interest rate and the most money out of my trade. After filling out the online information I got a call the next day from Ron Karmen and I let him know what I was trying to do. Ron got some information from me and said he would call me back with the options he had. Long story short I was in the dealership the next day getting into my brand new 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T. With a lot lower interest rate and the most given for my trade. Ron was great from start to finish no surprises just great customer service. Steve H. in the finance department was awesome also making sure he found the right lender with the lowest rate for me.

    I have never had a problem with something as simple as an oil change until I started using the service center at Regional Hyundai. I've had multiple instances where the service was less than satisfactory. When I called to speak to the manager on the last occasion, he was very short and seemed like he wanted to hurry me off the phone. I will never go back and will always recommend against Regional Hyundai to friends and family.

    I had an "appointment" at 7am in the service department at Regional Hyundai in BA for a simple 2 hour recalibration. It's 3:30pm and the service department cannot tell me when my vehicle will be ready! Causing a major inconvenience as I have to pick up my grandchild from school . Better communication and ensure you deliver on what you say you will do! HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I had the option of NO stars that's what I would have selected.

    My husband and I needed a new car. Over the past few years we have had some major impacts on our credit. We went in thinking there was no way we could be financed. Within a few hours we drove away in our new car. Thank you so much for giving us a chance to rebuild our credit.

    I spent 6 months researching and shopping for a vehicle right for me. I test drove many makes/models. Once I drove the Hyundai Tucson, I was sold. I live in Norman, Oklahoma. When it came time to make a deal, I contacted a number of dealerships in Oklahoma, and even Texas and Arkansas. I was surprised by how few even bothered to reply. Ron Karmen was one of the rare exceptions. Throughout our interactions (which lasted several weeks), Ron was always quick to reply, and he patiently addressed all my questions and requests. Of all the quotes I received, Regional Hyundai had the best deal by far. Once I decided on the Sport trim and the color, Ron quickly acquired the vehicle from another dealership. It was well worth the 2-hour drive to Broken Arrow to pick up my new Tucson. I couldn't be happier with my experience! Ron Karmen is awesome!!

    I purchased a Jeep from them and after two days it left my wife stranded three times. I was able to get it running and returned it to them to repair. After four days they called and said it was fixed, it wasn’t! It then left her stranded in 100 degree heat and they couldn’t be bothered enough to even return the three messages I left. Also we made a deal for new identical tires to be installed, but they decided to put a smaller tire on a Jeep with a 4” lift. I’ll never return to the dealership and will tell everyone I see how horrible they are.

    From the get go they provided me with so many options to see and test drive. The sky was the limit for what I could get in a car, and they gave that to me. They went above and beyond what a car dealership should do to ensure I got the best deal and the car I love.

    Our salesman was extremely helpful in locating the vehicle that we were looking for. He was very thorough in all the paperwork and working with the lending companies. Before we took delivery of the vehicle, he went over all the features of our car.

    Bought a 2019 Santa Fe from Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow. Nice and clean facility with a great snack area. The staff were nice and professional. Wish they would have offered us more of a deal on our trade in and also came down off of their price.

    Joey was our salesmen and he was super fantastic!! He did not pounce on us when we arrived and he did not pressure us to buy. He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the new Palisades. The first time we went there was not a Limited so Joey called me a few days later to let me know that one had just been delivered to the store. We rushed over, test drove it and bought it that day. Hyundai has knocked this SUV out of the park. The Palisade Limited has everything you could want in a vehicle. Very impressed so far!!! Joey also continues to be available for any questions I might have about the car or service. Ask for Joey, you won't be disappointed!!!
