    Wanted to edit old review but I can't find it. Misunderstanding on how internet pricing works but they cleared things up. I appreciate their patience with me and them taking time to explain everything to me.

    I bought 3 cars from this location but after this 3rd deal it will be my last. I went in on a 2019 Tuscon and turned out they didn't have it so they flipped me to a 2020. Like an idiot I didn't do my research on the price so I asked for dealer invoice price. I was told I was getting $300 back of invoice price which is a great deal. I was happy and took the deal. In finance they came down a few thousand "more" because I didn't want an extended warranty (which concerned me because where did that mark up come from if I was back of invoice price?) I talked to the salesman a while later and expressed my concern and he told me they took a loss on the deal and I got a great bargain. Well today I look on the internet and the same vehicles are being sold at the same dealership for $18,744. I paid $21,744 before they even added in their fees. That means AFTER they discounted it several more thousands of dollars in finance I was still $3000 over what they asked for on the internet. They blatantly lied to me. I've been in sales for 18 years and never lie to my clients. You may make some extra cash by telling lies and close some more deals but it will tarnish your company's reputation and that's just not worth it. If I'm somehow mistaken I'll gladly take this review down or change it to a proper rating and reword it, but as things stand I highly discourage people from doing business with a company that will lie about pricing to your face; especially a repeat customer that has already bought 2 prior vehicles from them.

    Dishonest and crooked. Advertise one price and sale for another and then act like you are the idiot. Very shady place. Will never do business there ever again. Already spreading the word. Zachy and Jay are shady as hell and should not be in the car sales business.

    I came in just to look and see if I was interested in buying a new car. My dealer was very helpful, and didn’t make me feel pressured into buying something. He helped stick within my budget, and helped me get the best deal. I love my new car!

    We knew what we wanted, and Brandon was very easy to work with. He knew the inventory and found us exactly what we wanted, and there was no pressure. I have always dreaded car shopping, but this was an enjoyable experience.

    The salesman needs a raise! His behavior made me feel like more than just customer #300 for the day. He was attentive, respectful, informative, etc. It felt like I was working WITH someone instead of battling for the best deal, answers and whatnot. I appreciated how he was not trying to hard-sell me or sell the most expensive car to get a big check for himself. Also, I was pleased that I didn't get shoved into a waiting room for hours and ignored.

    I couldn't have been any happier with the exceptional service that i received at Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow. They truly made buying a car a great experience. From Will Reynolds and Jason Montalvo to the salesman (Bill Chaalan) and finance team (Zacky Meraou). I will definitely be sending friends and family here.

    We bought a 2012 GMC Acadia from Regional Hyundai and our salesperson was Abraham. He needs to be a more informed salesperson and learn more about the product he is selling. Pretty much got the run around with this guy. He is all there when he is selling the car but afterwards you cannot find him. Won’t return your calls. Through his cell phone he won’t answer so I called the dealership and had him paged. He finally answered and said he would be there that afternoon but when I got there he was no where to be found. It is like he didn’t want to deal with us again. The air was suppose to be working when we bought the car but when we tried it, it didn’t work. Poor service all around.

    After an awful chapter 7 bankruptcy got a couple recommendations from friends.Ran into BIG smoke told him my situation 10 minutes later test drove a new Sonata got me hooked and got me an excellent deal Folks aregreat to work with no run around BS. Got what I wanted and at an affordable price
