The sales managers that assisted in getting me a great… price were very sweet and made the process easy. The financing guy (I think his name was Steve) was very informative and made sure I was happy with what I purchased.. thank you so much everyone!Five Star Experience

The whole process took maybe 2 hours. I got more than I was expecting on my trade, a… great APR on my loan, and they got me where I wanted to be on my payment.Hail damaged car
by Shaun on 10/25/2019Bought a car from Regional and the car had significant amount of hail damage. I made the mistake of buying at night. After signing the papers when out and saw hail damage on the car and hail damage repair that was a bad job. No one told me… about hail damage and I would not have drove 4 hours away for a hail damaged car. No one will contact me back in regards to this matter. I’ve went to three companies and all said this car was hail damaged. Denny was a good salesman to get me 4 hours away to come buy from him but his counter part was a different salesman. I felt if I would have receive the deal from Denny would have been a lot better and I could have seen the hail damage. The damage is over 3 grand to be fixed which is ridiculous for me to pay. I made the mistake to get a rushed deal for a hail damage car. Someone needs to contact me in this matter. I have sent numerous emails about this matter. The only good thing was no money down but 14k on the back end I owe on a hail damage car. This car was bought with hail damage and repaired locally I suspect.My new Santa fe

Unlike all other dealerships, they talked about offers on the total price of the car rather than the monthly… payment (In my experience, other dealers play with APR and length of payment but at the end the total price is even higher than what you told them you can afford). I particularly enjoyed their sales approach.Great Experience

by Lakisha on 10/13/2019I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Regional Hyundai! Abraham and Tanner were the best! Very friendly, very transparent, and not pushy like you expect salesmen to be. Tanner gave us all the details of our car buying options upfront… so we knew exactly what we were getting into, yet didn’t pressure us that we had to actually buy something if we didn’t find a car we loved. Robert, in Finance, was great too!! Poor guy was so busy and hadn’t even had a chance to eat all day, yet he was still very friendly and took his time to make sure the loan was the very best available to us! I would definitely go back there again to buy a car, but because of them, I will also be using them for ever service my car needs!Got it Done

Shawn our salesperson was very insightful and transparent from the start and listened to what we were looking for and… worked with the finance team to get a deal brokered. I had the DISTINCT Pleasure of of working with Abraham who brought me quickly… the SUV I had seen on the website, and took it for a drive. Abraham answered my questions and I answered his, along with telling him I wasn't in a hurry. He was not put off by the comment and after driving the SUV, I was ready to buy! Abraham was very professional and took care of my auto wants! My HAT IS OFF TO ABRAHAM and Regional Hyundai for having such an AWESOME EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU!Best experience!
