If you don't like to haggle or negotiate best deal, this place will suit you. I'm not convinced that they are the best price, as they are consistently well above invoice and consistently quote prices higher than their direct competing dealer. The "2 for one" deals they advertise are a joke. You can get those deals anywhere...as they require you to do 25% down to get the loan amount to the stated terms. If you do try to haggle, prepare for pain. The salepeople are nice, but powerless. An intermediate manager will walk the floor, back and forth, from you to the store owner, giving you snippets of details (sale price, terms, trade in value, etc.). But, you'll never get the full picture in one sitting. In the end, when you back out the owner may finally visit with you, but only to offer you some minor concession that doesn't make sense since the full picture was never presented at one time. This is a sloppy and painful sales process, so stick to walk in, pay and go with Automax.
