I had never considered buying a Subaru until he explained all the benefits and… features of it. It was hard to say no - so I didn't! I wasn't planning on buying a car that day, but I knew I was getting a good deal and not being rushed in to making my decision. If you are looking to buy, ask for Eli!!Declining quality of work
by john516 on 03/05/2011updated 07/04/2025After buying an Outback in 2003 I started using Fergsun for maintenance. for the first three years I was very satisfied,but then it started to decline in quality,finally culminating in them putting an incorrect belt on the air condioning… system, which I only discovered ,after listening to a strange "squeal" for a day or two and then taking the car to a subaru dealer in Myrtle Beach. Ferguson service personnel,when told about this and seeing the old belt, which I had kept, denied it, and said the dealer in Myrtle Beach must have done it.
