Unethical Sales Practices at Subaru Motors Ferguson
by Michael on 04/28/2024I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Subaru Motors Ferguson in Broken Arrow. During the process of finalizing the purchase of my leased Subaru Crosstrek 2021, I encountered unethical sales practices that I believe warrant… attention. I worked with a Subaru finance manager named Brandon, who unfortunately engaged in misleading tactics to sell me an extra protection warranty. Not only did Brandon fail to disclose that the warranty was not affiliated with Subaru, as I was led to believe, but he also provided inaccurate information regarding the additional cost. What was initially presented as a $40 monthly increase turned out to be a combined cost of $5400, more than double the amount quoted. Upon discovering these discrepancies, I promptly returned to the dealership to cancel the warranty. While I await reimbursement, I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Transparency and honesty are essential in any transaction, and the lack thereof at Subaru Motors Ferguson is deeply concerning. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly review all documentation before finalizing any agreements at this dealership. It is my hope that this review prompts Subaru Motors to address these issues and uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer service.Great Car Buying Experience

When he didnt know an answer he found it very quickly. He is super responsive and very patient! There… is no pressure what so ever. I would recommend Kyle and Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used car!Perfect purchase experience!

After visiting a couple dealerships in Tulsa, I had just about given up until I visited Ferguson Subaru. Chester L greeted me and we instantly hit it off. I knew what… i wanted but there were limitations, and after listening to me, Chester walked me out to a BRZ. I am sure most salespersons would have winced at a 60 year old looking at a younger man's car, but Chester pegged it. One test drive and I wanted it. The paperwork was done in short order and when I asked if there was a veteran's discount there was no hesitation. Being former military and high school football coach, there were things i looked for that informed me this was a top notch dealership and salesperson. Chester is a good man (trust me"good" in my book is off the charts in others) who happens to be a great salesperson. Whatever preconceived notions I had of a car salesperson, Chester destroyed. You can trust him and he has a great sense of humor. I saw great teamwork, attention to detail, friendliness and competency throughout the dealership. And every time I've been back to the dealership, I am welcomed as an old friend especially by Chester. The personnel are quick with answers and willing to take time to help. That tells me they are genuine. Heck even the former shuttle driver remembered me Recently I met Sales Director David T who took the time out of his busy day to help me. This tells me that this dealership's customer service does not end with the sale. . The service department is also a winner in my book. Outstanding service. The shuttle to and from work is a great service. Unlike other car service centers who find extra things they need to "fix" I trust that these guys will always be honest with me.Excellent dealership

Our salesman Josiah was very patient with us as we narrowed down our selection from their expansive… inventory and answered every question we had and some we didn't think to ask! He is very knowledgeable in his product line and and a dream to work with. The rest of the buying process was smooth and we actually enjoyed the low stress buying environment this dealership employs. Our friends who have purchased from Ferguson Subaru recommended them highly and now I see why and agree. The car sells itself

Was disappointed he quoted a price outside, when we went inside, the pricing boss did not honor the salesman and quoted a higher price. Could not see a car manual because they were in plastic… wrapping. This was a fairly new to market car. I was told that this was an owners manual. You had to own the car to see it. Asked to drive the car for a length of time alone, was told I could. Went in on a prearranged Sat. and was told to come back during the week when the customer influx was less. We did and I was allowed to take the car. Sadly, the "boss" inside did all the decision making. Our salesman when we made the decision to buy..took us over to the service center, introduced us and showed us the waiting area. I would recommend this dealership for specific type car but if it can be found at other dealerships I would suggest shopping around.My experiences with Ferguson
by john516 on 03/05/2011updated 07/04/2025when I purchased a 2003 Outback I was lied to,patronized and generally ill-treated. When ,in 2006, I foolishly went back there trying to buy a Legacy for my wife, I experienced the same kind of treatment. I went to another dealer and bought… the car.
