I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Subaru Motors Ferguson in Broken Arrow. During the process of finalizing the purchase of my leased Subaru Crosstrek 2021, I encountered unethical sales practices that I believe warrant attention. I worked with a Subaru finance manager named Brandon, who unfortunately engaged in misleading tactics to sell me an extra protection warranty. Not only did Brandon fail to disclose that the warranty was not affiliated with Subaru, as I was led to believe, but he also provided inaccurate information regarding the additional cost. What was initially presented as a $40 monthly increase turned out to be a combined cost of $5400, more than double the amount quoted. Upon discovering these discrepancies, I promptly returned to the dealership to cancel the warranty. While I await reimbursement, I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Transparency and honesty are essential in any transaction, and the lack thereof at Subaru Motors Ferguson is deeply concerning. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly review all documentation before finalizing any agreements at this dealership. It is my hope that this review prompts Subaru Motors to address these issues and uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
