Didn't do the job the first time

I had the rear brakes completely replaced, pads, rotors and calipers. When I got the car back on Saturday afternoon, I noticed the brakes were not right. The pedal was going almost all the way to the floor in order to stop. I had to take it back Monday after work and they fixed it in about 45 min. Also, they are surprised to check the air pressure in the tires. The one tire was down almost 10 lbs.

I had my Jeep serviced for a routine oil change. Ashley was very helpful and courteous and has been my rep since purchasing the vehicle. Once the wait was over, Gabe the technician completed a diagnostic on my Jeep outlining some issues that will need attention.Gabe also discovered some missing documents and sunglasses that made it's way behind my glove compartment into the cabin vent! this kind of detailed attention was surprising and comforting. After calling to see if they had my tires in stock, I came the filling morning at 7:30. I was met and processed by a very friendly and professional scheduler named Ashley. I was out the door by 9:00 a.m with a new tire and alignment! There's no service like AutoNation Ford Westlake!

The service was great, but there was no indication of how much the services would be before they were provide. Would have been five stars but price transparency was not there. I am not a big fan of unknowns when it comes to auto services.

They did a great job of communicating with me about the status. They fixed the recall software, but also fixed a brake issue I was having for months. They even delivered the car back to my office via a valet service

Dropped my car off for a recall fix. I very much appreciated that they took me home and picked me up when the service was completed. The service was done appropriately and to my surprise they also checked everything else and washed my car. I was very pleased with this.

Had an appointment at11am to check transmission and do oil change. Called them at 3pm and they told me that they did not have time to check transmission or do oil change that day. I advised them that they never should have accepted my appointment if they couldn’t do the work. She said she will try to have someone do the oil change . I went and picked up my car and they did do the oil change but it was a very bad experience at this location.

Battery problems

I was heading to FL and found my battery dead. I jumped the battery and started my journey hoping to get it replaced on the way. I phoned Auto Nation Ford Westlake and was given an appointment for within the hour. When I arrived I was met by Ashley who was extremely helpful and understood my dilemma. I was back in my Explorer in 1/2 hour and on my way. Great service, pricing was better than other tire centers I called and the service writers were great. I recommend the service at Auto Nation Ford Westlake

Problems initially yet the damage control was good.

Scheduled a 40k service online no issues. Drop off was good at 8am sharp. Text messaging, was relayed that I needed new tires. I have been looking for tires already yet I was not desperate for them. Their pricing was compatible with the other tire shops in the immediate area. It was verified verbally alignment will be included with the tire install. Around 3 they asked to keep the car to finish up install of the tires, and had no loaner. Magically after I verified to cancel the tires a loaner was available the same loaner car I saw sitting there at 8am when I dropped off. I don’t appreciate the lies. Next day I was noticed of the total and I noted they did give me 10% off for the hastles. However the alignment charge was still on the bill which was more than the 10 off. I will take it back for repairs since I have a warranty scheduled maintenance I will shop around for. There was no timeframe indicates for the scheduled maintenance.

Was pleased and shocked at the same time! I own a Land Rover, my last oil change cost me 1200.00 at their dealership. When I took my discovery to auto nation, I only paid a third of that price! They explained that oil changes should NEVER be that high! Thank you auto nation for your honesty your professionalism! I’m not going anywhere else but there!!!!!!
