Do not trust Jim White’s dealership practices.
by Blown Engjne on 02/28/2023Less than 4 months, engine rattling violently, 1st issue was misfire, replaced all spark plugs, and now Lexus of Glenview service tells me, I purchased a car with a blown head gasket. In Nov. 2022, I contacted Ken, bought a used car from… Jim White’s Lexus of Toledo online. Ken test drove the car, told me that the car was perfect. Everyone should know sales guy, Ken (25+ years is [non-permissible content removed]). Do not trust a word this man tells you. They bought and sold a blown head gasket engine (2012 Lexus Ct200h) car they purchased from a customer for $8000 (trade in) and sold it to me for $13000 cash. (Nov. 2022). Now February 2023, I drove 7000+ miles on it and Lexus of Glenview stated the issues was a blown head gasket. This was an ongoing issue, but Jason (sales manager) and Ken [non-permissible content removed] says it’s my fault for not test driving the car and not signing a warranty. I drove 10 hours to purchase this vehicle trusting Kens expertise and drove back to Chicago, but ended up getting a lemon used car from Jim White’s Lexus of Toledo, their practice is scam and ripoff. They charge $1300 for safety inspection, change oil and replace wipers - verified ready for sale.Incredible service
by Lori on 04/20/2018I have owned Hondas and Acuras my entire life and never thought I'd drive anything else....until I walked into Lexus! I absolutely dread the car buying process, but the sales team (Barry and Ken) was so attentive and spent so much time… showing me all of the options that the car had to offer, that I actually enjoyed the experience! I ended up purchasing the NX 300 Sport and am completely in love with it!!! I can't imagine driving anything else. Once I purchased the car, it didn't stop there. They introduced me to everyone that I may need to interact with in the future (service, tech guy, etc...) and spent one-on-one time going over every detail of the car. I've never had such a personalized and enjoyable car buying experience where I actually left feeling like they genuinely cared about me.Great Experience

He was considerate and went way above and beyond to ensure I was put in the right vehicle. I could not say… anything less than great things about him. He is an absolute gem. The condition was outstanding and with this vehicle being 12 years old, they provided all service records. From start… to finish, a pleasant and otherwise painless experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market and who is looking for a great buying experience.Easy
