I never felt obligated to buy a car or awkward at any point in time. I told them my max payment after them coming back with numbers and they got… it where I wanted it. The salesman I worked with was very nice, knowledgeable, and great at his job!Great Service

Often times there have been opportunities where Reineke could have sold me something I didn't need but instead they have always been honest and it saves me money. Yesterday… they could have sold me a new cabin filter, but instead they were honest and said that I had a washable type of filter, so for $20 they washed it up and solved my problem (thought I needed a new blower when I came in). Thank you for doing the right thing.New Explorer
