onThis was my first visit to the service department and the first time I ever tried scheduling an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. That part went smoothly. However, an unexpected problem occurred during the tire rotation, so the appointment took a little longer than I expected. The problem was explained to me by the service manager and was resolved. Everyone I spoke to there was very nice. In the past when I have purchased a newer car, the quality of work performed by the service department was the determining factor in whether or not to buy from a particular dealer.
