    I had a factory recall on my vehicle. The mobile unit came right to my house and the issue was fixed in a short period of time. Having the mobile unit is a great alternative to taking a vehicle to the shop.

  • $330 walked out empty-handed

    I came to this Ford dealership in hopes to get the factory key reprogrammed to the vehicle as it was a used car. I bought online with the antitheft system activated after paying money to get the vehicle towed up to the dealership I was charged $330 For a key that would not even unlock the door. I personally think they could have tried to program the key fob first and then cut the key that way if it did not work I did not have to be charged so much but it seems as if I talked to main focus was making sure that the key blade was cut first, so the key was unique to the vehicle although I had a OEM key present , the price also changed once I arrived to the dealership I was told the price would be $303 after taxes and once I got there and spoke to a different person in a different department the Price was $333 with tax they claim the labor for cutting the key is $200 when I’m sure it’s a machine that does the work for them. They act as if they have to hand chisel the key directly and also I’m sure the program is just plugging up a computer to the OBD two port with the same kind of scanner, but I could not get access to them or the scanner to avoid this Stealership. I also met with rude service over the phone simply because I did not understand. Why did I need to make an account to have the vehicle serviced? I just wanted to come purchase serviced and leave. I didn’t want to sign up for any accounts or promotions or any emails, and text messages that overly occur . And lastly, after going over the statement entered by the employee on the invoice, the information was entirely misleading. Anyone who could read could obviously tell what was typed up was worded the way it was in order to cover someone’s behind. I never once called and asked to purchase a new key I called Ford and asked to get my key reprogrammed and they told me the only way they would do. It is to buy a second key because of the security system, there was also more but that’s not my main issue. My main issue is the fact that Ford could not program a Ford vehicle I spent $330 and walked out with a key that would not even unlock any door or have any remote function. Just doesn’t make any sense that if Ford can’t fix a Ford then exactly where was I supposed to go and the only way they would offer me any other information or help was to pay another $130 for diagnosis although I already paid what I did for the key Most places will at least waive the fee. If you have them fix the problem. This is not the case with these guys.

    Simple works oil change 1:15 appointment I show up at 1:00. Had a doctors appointment scheduled at 3 eight minutes from location. Well its 3:45 and still no car!! This has been this way for a while I have owned Lincolns for last 15 years but didn’t want to get the newest one because of this place’s service. Really wish I hadn’t purchased newest Lincoln.

    I took vehicle in for air bag recall and they trash my dash installing it then told me its because it's not a brand new vehicle and there is a huge hump in the middle like its deformed but won't help me and acting rude about it

    A lady named Kayla called me. After a min, before I could ask her a question she hung up on me and I tried calling back and send me straight to voicemail. So I called to report her and the lady did nothing. She don’t ask for the name on the worker which is Kayla and didnt even try.

    Body shop people were very professional. Job was completed when promised and when I saw a problem Bruce took care of it and promised to make it right should the problem come back. (There was a scrap on the bumper and he used some rubbing compound on it. So far it hasn't returned)

    Rick went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I was so happy and can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing. The truck purschase was a huge surprise for my boyfriends 50th birthday and it was a big surprise. He loves black beauty as we call it. After noting the excellent care, attention and my satisfation that my step son leased a fusion less then 2 weeks later and now my son is thinking of buying an explorer.     Everything was serviced that my explorer was taken in for with the exception of the dent in the driver door (under the paint). I believe pictures were taken, but I am unsure what next steps are. Thank you for your response times and service. The service dept. is amazing!! Angi Glass

    Staff was friendly and professional, service was completed in a timely manner. My 2015 Tauraus was overdue for an oil change the gentleman who waited on me explained to me the importance of maintence on my vehicle, my tires were also rotated at no charge.
