    I believe they used the old "bait and switch" method with a car they had advertised and that I had confirmed they had that morning with an appointment to get me to the dealership. They provided a substitute and agreed to add remote start on it. Low-balled me on my trade in, saying it would be needing front brakes (my Subaru dealer said they weren't necessary yet) and telling me it would cost $2000 to replace them--what?? Now I see my showroom-ready low mileage trade in advertised on their site for $10,000+ more than they gave me for it, and they had originally even offered me less. I had to sit and wait for HOURS (as were other buyers) to close out a cash car deal (no financing) with the financial manager, a deal that didn't close that day because it was coming up in minutes of closing time. They brought me the paperwork the next day (Sunday) to finish it and I still haven't received the signed copies promised in the mail. Sales lady was fine, it was the rest of the dealership that fell very short. I do not recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan. If I had it to do over I certainly would not purchase the car there.

  • Lied to and ghosted after a $23k purchase

    We were lied to and ghosted after a $23 suv purchase. The sales person Tony Wallace told us that our interest rate and monthly payment which was way different than what the fine print said. When we got it home the car was not cleaned out and had used tissues and sucker in the back! which is a covid-19 risk. The liftgate will not open all the way and the radio and clock keeps resetting it'self because there is no SD card in that should have been in it. We have reached out every day since date of purchase 8/15/2020 and noone will return our calls or text messages even though prior to purchase they were blowing us up. The service dept got in touch with Tony about our sd card and he said they wont cover that either. He is obviously available but wont return our calls. It has been 5 days, no excuses to justify this. We have been ghosted after a $23k purchase! I highly suggest never doing business with Jeff wyler in fairfield. Furthermore I would be very careful going there right now as no one is properly wearing their face masks. We filed a BBB complaint and while doing so saw that the have an F rating which after our experience I am not surprised. If they take this suv back I will be happy to recant my reviews that I am making online everywhere that I can in hopes to save other people from the headache and unfair ghosting that we have recieved. I always like to be fair so I will say that Chris in the service department was very nice and helpful. Thank you

    I would definitely recommend Chris P. (@ Jeff Wyler Nissan) to anyone looking for a new or used car ... His friendliness and excellent customer service skills made for a great car-buying experience ... I love my new Nissan Sentra (w/ sunroof) and I'm looking forward to many years in the Nissan family ... Again, many thanks to Chris P. and the entire Nissan Sales Team!!

    I enjoyed the staff and their commitment to getting me only what I needed for the best value. I especially appreciate my sales rep Mr. Chris Patton as he went the extra mile to understanding and catering to my need. No hidden agenda and not rushed in any way. My children were with me. To sum it up for them, they had so much fun, they wanted to return each week in the future. Thank you for making my stressful situation fun. I am pleased with my choice of a brand new Sentra. This was my first new purchase on my own, and nothing can stop me now... lol !!

    Between Christopher Patton and Eric McClure with Nissan and James Campbell in Finance, the level of professionalism and courtesy was unsurpassed! They made the process of getting out of my lease and in to my purchase easy and as enjoyable as the car buying process could be!     This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Christopher Patton, and my 3rd time purchasing from Jeff Wyler Fairfield. Once again Christopher was very knowledgeable and patient during my buying experience. Throughout my vehicle search this time, I had visited with 3 other dealerships. But Christopher proved for the 2nd time why I enjoyed working with him. My used car purchase was treated in the same manner as if I were buying a new vehicle. I am very pleased with the customer service I received along with my new car!

    I dealt with John Gaudio and Tyler Yarnell to find my perfect car and get financing that worked for me. They were both very patient and helped me find the perfect car for my family.     After stopping in at Kings Nissan I was very dissapointed in the service and general runaround from their staff. I originally leased from this location and had nothing but great service. Not this time. I walked out knowing I wasn't getting anywhere. I stopped at another dealership and still didn't feel satisfied. So, one last attempt and I ended up at Nissan Fairfield where I was greeted by Chris Patton. From there it was a few minutes working figures and before I knew it I was driving away in a well equipped Nissan. When you can sit around, watch some football over a cup of coffee and chat up the rest of the gang, you know you're in the right place. Thanks guys!!

    I never dreamed I would be walking out of Jeff Wyler Nissan with a new car! But when I happen to by chance show up at their dealership a salesman named Andrei Golod assured me that it was possible. He and their awesome financial department worked together to put me in a nice affordable Nissan. I really appreciate Jeff Wyler Fairfield for giving me the opportunity to be able to purchase from them. I know from them I will always get a great car with great coverage that keeps my mind at ease. I know I have a car that will be dependable and that looks great too:) Let me also mention how great their maintenance department is!! They will make sure your Nissan maintain optimum performance and keep you informed of any service checks you may need. And since they give you such great coverage you have no hidden fees. They even offer cool rewards for bringing your Nissan in to them for servicing. They reward YOU for letting them help YOUR car perform at its peak on the road! Now that's what I call great service!:) I know these new cars are expensive but they are worth having for dependability and like I said they will work with you to make it happen!!:) Thanks again Jeff Wyler Fairfield!!!

    What started out to be a horrible day, ended with a beautiful new SRX! I was on my way to Hamilton, OH from Indianapolis to see my brother in the hospital. On the way there, the ABS service light came on my 2011 SRX, I was familiar with the Jeff Wyler dealerships, so I stopped to drop the car off for service. Roderic in service was exceptional, handled getting a loaner and stayed late so I could pick up the car after hours. While I was waiting, I spoke with Dustin about an SRX in Majestic Plum. We had been looking in NY and Indy for months and had not been able to see one in person. I was very specific about the options and price and he was able to find one for me! Dustin was not available when I went to pick up the car so I worked with Harold and Selwyn. Harold was so helpful and informative and helped me get the car settings and everything all set up before we left. He was a joy to work with and you can tell he loves what he does. I wish I could bottle his enthusiasm. Selwyn was very organized and made it painless to sign all the paperwork. It was so worth the 2 hour drive. I love my Cadillac and would not hesitate to recommend Jeff Wyler and this team!

    We had been researching for a new car online and originally had come to Jeff Wyler Nissan for test driving only, but we quickly fell in love with a 2013 Nissan Juke Nismo, and Jon Bowles bowled us over with amazing customer service and passion for his job. It was clear he loved this car he was selling us, and now we love it too. He was very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and informed. Historically I've been seeing this dealership on my 2009 Nissan Altima coupe (which we still own) and the service bay customer service is quite well done. Great to discover the sales team is just as good. I'd recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan all over again, and I'm not sorry to hear that Jeff Wyler now owns Kings Nissan in Warren County too! Josh Wocher, the gentleman who helped us out with the financing was also very informative, quite entertaining, and ensured we were quite happy before departing with our Juke; we were doubly thrilled he managed to get us financing through a credit union. Thanks kindly everyone!

    I have known and worked with many car salesmen. James Campbell will listen to your needs, wants and goals. Everyone has a unique story and James will fit right into yours. He becomes part of the conversation, the thinking process, assisting with the pros and the cons. He knows when to give you space on your decision but is very attentive as well. James Campbell is a man with brilliant ideas and is very personable. The entire staff is awesome. The process was quick and easy. The inventory is great. I couldn't be happier with the deal we got.

    Although I had high hopes of coming to an agreement with this deal regarding a new Pathfinder, they absolutely insulted me on their offer on my loaded trade-in vehicle. Their offer was well below KBB and wouldn't budge. We walked out.

    We leased a Kia Optima last March and could not have been happier with the service and product we received from Gary Hambrick at Jeff Wyler. We had never owned a Kia, and I was certain we never would. But after visiting more than 8 different dealerships without finding the car that excited us, we gave Kia a shot. And after all was said and done, if I could've kept that car forever, I would've. However, with a growing family, after less than a year, we realized we were going to be low on space and needed to reevaluate. We returned to the same dealership and worked again with Gary Hambrick to search for a larger vehicle that would meet our family's needs. We didn't even consider a different dealer because of the excellent standard Jeff Wyler and Gary had already set. And once again, we weren't disappointed. We left the dealership with a Kia Sedona and another awesome experience. Every opportunity we have, we let people know where we get our cars and the professional and comfortable service that is included. Another great day! Another great vehicle!

    Blake Brewer was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I originally sent an inquiry online regarding the forte and within minutes Blake contacted me via cellphone and email. I was only available via email at the time which can be challenging, but Blake responded to each email very promptly. The Forte that i was interested in online only had stock photos listed, so i asked Blake if they had any pictures of the actual car. Within minutes, Blake emailed me a video of him walking around the car explaining all of its features. I knew from that moment that i wanted to buy a car from Blake. He went out of his way for me numerous times. He was very knowledgable and very honest with me. It's not too often that you come across such an awesome salesman!! I will definitely buy more cars from him in the future and refer friends/family to him!!

    John is an EXCELLENT salesman and a professional. Very straight forward and honest. Good listener and also explained the electronics on the car. I know I can call him any time or stop in if I have any questions. The best salesman I've ever dealt with!!!
