Service on my Airstream Atlas

SERVICE REPAIR Shen Saguisi
by Rosa Craig on 02/07/2020My battery light came on at 11:45 on Saturday. I called Shen Saguisi at Crown MB in Dublin Ohio.He told me to bring my car in and he would have a loaner for me. When I arrived Shen had all paperwork completed and keys ready. The only… thing I had to do is sign the paperwork and I was on my way, I told him the service he provided was what is expected from Mercedes Benz. I was able to drop my car off and pick up a loaner and make my appointment at 1:00. When I picked my car up the same service was provided. I appreciated the service, respect and regards for my time.
