Our first MB and certainly not the last!

We reached out with interest in a vehicle and got quickly connected with Collin. He answered our questions and made time for us to test drive. It was the easiest purchase and on a holiday. Since it ran to closing time, Collin offered and… came to our home for 1x1 tutorial on all the aspects of our new vehicle. We can’t speak highly enough of this experience.

Tire pressure
by Slee282 on 09/05/2018I changed four new tires on my ML320 three month ago. Last week , I observed the rear tire on passenger side only has 5 psi, and the other three tires have 45 psi. The flat tire has faulty air pressure stem valve. After question dealer… why the tire pressure were inflated to 45 psi instead of 32 psi supposed to be. The dealer technician redjusted the tire pressure accordingly. I feel lucky that I do not have tire blown off when driving with high tire pressure. by Pepe1125 on 08/31/2018I came to crown Mercedes late to shop for a car and Konstantin greet me a the door very nice and profesional.I told him it was late but he said no iim here for you.He took me to his office and gave all the information and numbers I needed… and did his best to make me feel comfortable.I end up buying the car I really wanted and took it home that night. I really recommend Konstantin to any one that needs a Car at crown Mercedes Dublin. I will definitely come back and recommended to all friends and family. GREAT job Konstantin.Faultless experience

Although all the staff I came into contact with were utterly… professional and helpful, it was my salesperson, Ken Stuart who made the experience so great. He worked tirelessly to ensure that I got answers to my questions and got the deal I wanted. I can't say enough good about Ken and the sales team at Crown.Efficient, easy and elegant

Sam Oltromonto was extremely helpful He listened to what I was looking for and made… some suggestions. He recommended I test drive the GLA and the GLC models so I could compare. What a fun test drive that was! I fell in love with the GLC model! What I appreciate the most is that Sam wanted to sell me the car but respected my needed to research other cars.
