Mohamed Rufai, the Germain sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He selected the right car for us and gave us options along the… way. Alex Carey completed the paperwork and the title issues for the trade in and was pleasant and efficient. We had an after market mirror installed that was very helpful in completing all the elements I needed in the car without a big jump in price. The service staff was responsive to some issues that arose and ultimately we were very pleased with the result. He quickly located a new Pilot to test drive and off I went. I was… very pleased with the ride and the quality feel. We discussed options needed and color preference and made pans to order MY Pilot. It needed to be built. We quickly arrived at the final deal price and just waited for it to arrive. Moe stayed in contact as the build progressed.
