I was looking for a certified vehicle in a Ridgeline.I walked into Germaine Honda walked up to Charlie Wertz and started talking.He gave me the information about the vehicle and made the experience very nice.Charlie also spoke to my wife on the phone and explained some details about buying the vehicle.Mr Wertz also helped me with my rental vehicle.I forgot my garage door opener in it and Charlie mailed it to my home.He is a really great guy.very funny too. Thanks for everything
