I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 Ford Bronco from Byers Ford, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience, especially since I made the purchase on a Sunday!
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a welcoming… team that made me feel right at home. Despite it being a Sunday, the staff at Byers Ford were fully engaged, offering exceptional service and answering all of my questions without hesitation. My sales representative, Jeff Ashbrook, was outstanding—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood all the features of the Bronco. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the best decision for my needs.
The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Jeff walked me through all the details, provided transparent pricing, and helped me navigate the financing options with ease. His professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference in my overall experience.
The 2023 Ford Bronco itself is absolutely fantastic—rugged yet refined, with all the modern features I was looking for in a vehicle.

We had it towed in on a Tuesday, they did a diagnostic and had it fixed, ready to go… on Wednesday! The service department worked very quickly and provided excellent service to get us back home timely. Love the hometown feeling. Thanks again, The Cook FamilyNot much attention to detail. by bphuber on 05/26/2021Byers Ford had a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Signature on their lot. I had been looking for a CX-5 and was thinking of trading my 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid for something with more safety features. The CX-5 seemed to fit the bill. We almost had the deal… put together, but then I noticed a chipped section on the rear bumper. I pointed it out to the salesperson (he is relatively new and somewhat inexperienced). He stated it would be taken care of, so we proceeded with the sale. We were having work done on our home, so I was tight on time. I returned the next day with my Fusion and hurriedly picked up the CX-5. When I got home I looked at the rear bumper. Holy cow, was it ugly, it actually looked worse than before. I called Byers to speak to the salesperson. His response was that it was an "As-is" sale, so -sorry. I spoke to the sales manager and got the same story. Ok, I learned a lesson- not to purchase at Byers again. I realize what "As-is" means, but I also know what a person's word is worth. This isn't my first used car purchase so I understand all those issues. But someone's word should be worth something- unless you are a used car salesman. I have a friend that is looking to purchase a CX-5, guess where I recommend that he not go- to Byers Mazda.Pleasantly surprised

What pressure?

Mark waited to almost closed on a Friday evening so we could test drive our… Escape hybrid and never thought of pressuring us to sign that night. He was back in on Saturday waiting for us to show up and work out a deal and complete our paperwork. He didn’t call to keep asking when we’d be in. (which was noon) We were back in on Sunday and went through all the massive amount of features on our Titanium hybrid. Mark was professional knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and deal with. Great customer service

Great Experience

He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Edge I was interested in and patiently took us through all the features this model offered. He knew we were also… talking with two other dealers but was not pushy or overbearing. He was appreciative of the fact that I was a repeat customer, having bought my 2010 Edge at this same dealership in 2009. I like that! It made the experience more personal and I like that hometown local experience! I’ll be back next time I need a different vehicle!In and out is all I can handle!

by L on 01/25/2021We were told we needed over $1,000 worth of repairs and service. We took it to another service center and they checked the same details and the only thing that was the same requirement was to replace a tire. We saved over $800.00.… fluids, transmission, coolent, brakes etc all checked ok... Definitely makes me suspicious of the service dept. We still had to pay them over $100 to tell us these false recommendations.Great service
