I would like to thank Mark Morgan and the team at Byers Ford Delaware Ohio. From the initial contact over the phone to test drive we couldn’t be more pleased. Mark waited to almost closed on a Friday evening so we could test drive our Escape hybrid and never thought of pressuring us to sign that night. He was back in on Saturday waiting for us to show up and work out a deal and complete our paperwork. He didn’t call to keep asking when we’d be in. (which was noon) We were back in on Sunday and went through all the massive amount of features on our Titanium hybrid. Mark was professional knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and deal with. We couldn’t be happier with our experience including deal and car selection. Mark and the team at Byers Ford were awesome. Thank you for a stress free enjoyable experience.
