Mike came through with a great deal for me and made it fun! They got me… into the exact car I wanted for the best price! The other Mazda dealerships in town were not willing to work with me like Germain was.Ashley, it's awesome to hear you had such a positive experience with Jordan and Mike at Germain Mazda East of Columbus. Staff members Domenyk and Mike were both efficient, knowledgeable, and most helpful with our needs. A great deal of charisma, patience, and salesmanship are a few… requisite traits to have in their chosen occupations—and these guys managed to be exemplary in their field. Even on a rainy afternoon the Mazda team was able to clear the clouds with their enthusiasm that nearly matched our excitement over our new sunroof. The CarFax on the vehicle I purchased stated it had Etune (Toyota hands-free) and navigation. I kept trying it during the test drive to no avail. When I… brought the oversight to their attention, they made some phone calls and scheduled me to have the items (aftermarket) installed. It took a couple weeks to receive the necessary parts in and they scheduled me to have them installed at Columbus Audio. Everything works perfectly to my complete satisfaction. Salesman Domynik Mitchell and Used Car Mgr Dave( were super to work with. Their commitment to make things right for me shows real business integrity, something I value deeply. Thanks to them both. They are a credit to Germain Mazda. All my best to you both.Thank you for sharing your experience! Impeccable service

She was absolutely the best. They had my car for about a day and a half. So they gave me a… courtesy car to have for that period of time. Toni always kept in contact me via phone call or text message of how the repairs were going, how long it would take, and any future work that should be done. I love their service video of the tech showing me them checking out.the car. It gives me a full idea of how everything looks on my vehicle. I’ve been in the customer service business for 30+ years and I’ve seen good and I’ve seen bad customer service. Toni at Germain Mazda is top-notch A+. Highly recommend coming to Germain Mazda.
