Took 'the dread' out!

Justin was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the 'dreaded car buying' experience easier. Offered suggestions and gave us plenty of time to talk about our decision. We were also looking at a Hyundai and Justin went to the Germain… dealership across the street and brought the Hyudai back to Kia so we could test drive and compare. Thank you!

by Andrea on 12/03/2024We truly enjoyed our experience at the dealership. On our 4th dealership of the day, we went in with low expectations. We were met at the door by Nick who promptly offered to help us look at cars. He was very polite gave us options,… talked prices, discuss service plan, and took the time to understand our needs and wants. He took us on 2 test drives, and understood that day, we were not ready to make a decision. No high pressure sales, or need to try and seal the deal that day. We discussed our options, truly enjoyed the car and the features as well as the sales person who was willing to take the time and explain and answer questions. We text Nick on his day off and he was able to meet us at the dealership to test drive and talk again about the car. We showed up early and he already had the car ready. They were very busy and still stayed late to help us through the process never rushing or making us feel like we were rushed. I hope we don't need to purchase another car soon but if we do I would definitely come back to Nick.50+ MPG under $30,000

While we were busy with documents, the employees were very kind and played different games with our… son and even gave him a cap and a toy Kia. It was very nice to meet you guys and we will definitely come back again. And also, the price for our new K5 was the best among all dealers. 10/10Amazing service

Our sales rep was really good about letting me test drive as many cars as I needed (even the… ones he knew I wouldn't like). There were little things that could have gone better, but nothing worth not returning to this dealership (things like saying they would fill the car with gas but when we received it, it was almost empty). Like I said the important things were good.Great experience

As soon as it arrived, we drove in from Akron, had a test drive, and agreed to OUR expected price and… options within just a couple of hours. From the initial phone call through delivery and beyond, the sales/finance staff met and exceeded our expectations for understanding our specific interests, being flexible to meet our purchase arrangement, and providing much after-sale support and guidance of the vehicle features and operation. This dealership displays and exercises a high customer-centric culture and deserves the attention of buyers expecting attention and respect. Please note: My wife and I performed much prior research on our choice of vehicle, dealership and practical procedures to follow for a car purchase. Prior preparation by the buyer of the purchase process will always better assure a successful experience.
