Tylar in sales took all the time I needed to make the best purchase and experience . Hunter in financing found me the best rate so I could stay in my budget ! Definately would recommend Germain Kia !

My 8 month pregnant wife ends up getting pulled over and sitting on the side of the road because the cops thought she stole the… car. They do not notify the BMV that the plates are for a different vehicle.Amazing Customer Service

I visited the saleroom the following day, where Jake L. gave me a very informative test drive, answering all of my questions. Leery of an expansive sales… pitch, I sat down with Jake who did not pressure me in any way. The finance agent, Jordan, also met my expectations by not pressuring me to purchase any items in regards to the purchase. Both men were very polite and professional and it was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life...I highly recommend this dealership.A pleasant buying experience

We just knew we liked driving it at another dealership. Mo was an amazing… sales associate, he was knowledgeable beyond belief. He never was pushy about buying, gave us space to review the vehicle ourselves and let us discuss buying options with him and personally between ourselves. We were bouncing around two different suv models because of price and he let us work it out and didn’t push one time. His expertise was so beneficial to us, I left feeling like he read the manual to me! Corey was a walking smile, I loved chatting with him so much and felt like he really did explain the needs in warranty packages within being truthful on the worth of the packages. Couldn’t say more about the sales associates we spoke too, all great people.Great service

The environment was spotlessly clean and organized. We were offered at multiple instances, either water, coffee or popcorn. This is our… third purchase from the dealership and even though we went looking for Kevin Johnson, he had left for the day but someone was still able to reach out to him at home rto tell him we were there. Kevin then referenced Ken, who even though fairly new, was very enthusiastic and motivated to make sure he won our business. We were willing to give him a shot, and sure did he deliver. He always made sure we were comfortable and kept us engaged , while shuttling between <s and hiss manager to ma(ee sure he got us the deal we wanted. He also kept his word and made sure that all our requests were made. All in all, we were very satisfied with our third purchase from Germain Kia and will alway@ go back there for future purchases.Best Saleman I have ever met!

We walked in and met Shane. He sat us down and asked questions about our… expectations, goals, wants and needs. He was very mindful about our discussion around price and payment. We shared with him our total amount that we were able to put down as a down payment and he respected the total. He did everything he could to get us as close to our budget max, staying at our preferred deposit and not having us walk away with base model vehicles. We leased two vehicles! We also appreciated the transparency this dealership provided us. We requested a breakdown of the pricing and they went over it with us, answering every question we had and providing us confidence in the decision we were making. Everyone we worked with were great - Shane, Frank and James. All super personable and great to talk to.A truly great experience

They were extremely busy and still managed to make us comfortable and taken care of. We test-drove… numerous vehicles and our sales person (Tyler) never batted an eye. He answered every question, let us drive every vehicle, got us the price we wanted, and taught us how to set up the vehicles custom functions before we drove away. The actual purchasing of the vehicle was also very smooth and literally took about 20-30 minutes. We are fans of Kia, and have always been, although we have had a Ram, Jeep, and couple Hyundai vehicles over the years, but service like this is what keeps up coming back!Easiest. Transaction. Ever.
