The staff were kind and informative. The process of getting approved for a loan and getting the payments within our range did not take very long. Our sales rep was really good about letting me test drive as many cars as I needed (even the ones he knew I wouldn't like). There were little things that could have gone better, but nothing worth not returning to this dealership (things like saying they would fill the car with gas but when we received it, it was almost empty). Like I said the important things were good.
