Took 'the dread' out!

Justin was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the 'dreaded car buying' experience easier. Offered suggestions and gave us plenty of time to talk about our decision. We were also looking at a Hyundai and Justin went to the Germain… dealership across the street and brought the Hyudai back to Kia so we could test drive and compare. Thank you!

From the time we walked in the door that was open and We were greeted by our salesman Jesse the purchase of my son first vehicle was absolutely smooth and amazing! Jesse was very personable and was able… to accommodate me with a special touch During our purchase, I requested a bowl to bow on the car. Hunter and finance was awesome With getting our deal and also getting us out of there in a timely manner. Thank you again for all your help. Drove over 2 hours for an excellent buying experience

He went over all of the detail of the car and set up the phone with the Kia App, and made sure I was… in and out within a reasonable time. He helped me transfer over my bags from my old car to the new one and didn't seem like he was rushing to get to the next sell. He was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend him and the dealership, which was also very clean and welcoming.Dianna, we're delighted to hear that Justin provided such exceptional service at Germain Kia of Columbus!
