Justin B was extraordinary! He went out of his way to provide me transparent pricing and answer all of my question prior to my arrival. He went over all of the detail of the car and set up the phone with the Kia App, and made sure I was in and out within a reasonable time. He helped me transfer over my bags from my old car to the new one and didn't seem like he was rushing to get to the next sell. He was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend him and the dealership, which was also very clean and welcoming.
