He was very friendly and knowledgeable, asking questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. There was no pressure to… purchase. He explained all the features on the vehicle for me and even helped set up the Bluetooth for my phone since I had no idea how to do that. Very kind. I was familiar with the service department since I have owned a Kia in the past , but Mate still filled me in on how to get the car serviced. The car was in pristine condition when I drove off the lot. The time I was there passed quickly. Great Sales Experience
by Cliff Ventura on 01/15/2023We went to Spitzer Kia after being totally aggravated and lied to at another Kia dealership in Medina that tried to originally charge us $10,000 over sticker for a Telluride we were looking for. After several attempts at dealings I called… Spitzer told them what we were looking for and that it would be a cash deal and they agreed as long as our trade was what we said it was. We went there the following day and dealt with Christian Negro’n both on the phone day one and the second day in person. The SUV was exactly what we were looking for they kept their word Christian and his manager were both attentive very polite and professional. We will not only be going back there for our other vehicles in the future we will be recommending them to our family and friends.Cliff, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this positive review and recommendation! To long oil change
by Lisa on 01/15/2023Melissa was super friendly and welcoming. My appointment was for 1030 and when I got in the line I was not happy to see four cars in front of me. I was also told that the cars would be taken in the order that they were driven into the… line, meaning someone that arrived early for a later appointment would be taken before me. It was very upsetting that it took two hours for an oil change. I even talked to the manager beforehand to let him know I was expected at the hospital to see my mother and he assured me they would get me a ride through. Two hours later I was still sitting there, and everyone else in the waiting room had gone before me. If you’re going to make appointments. It would be great if you took them on time.2023 Kia Forte Lease

by Al Stokes Sr on 11/08/2022I just bought my new Sportage and I must say that Christian Negron and Jeff Fraam we’re outstanding, both were patient and listened to me. I really wanted a hybrid and they did their best to accommodate me, but unfortunately for reasons… beyond their control, the one that I wanted wasn’t available. I must add that I hadn’t planned on buying for another few weeks to insure I got the best financing possible. Christian suggested a couple finance options and even walked me through the pre-approval portion of Navy Federal (I am a member and I hadn’t considered them). Needless to say, Navy Fed approved me for more than I needed and we closed the deal! Thanks Christian and Jeff, I am totally satisfied with my experience.Thank you so much for your excellent review!
