Melissa was super friendly and welcoming. My appointment was for 1030 and when I got in the line I was not happy to see four cars in front of me. I was also told that the cars would be taken in the order that they were driven into the line, meaning someone that arrived early for a later appointment would be taken before me. It was very upsetting that it took two hours for an oil change. I even talked to the manager beforehand to let him know I was expected at the hospital to see my mother and he assured me they would get me a ride through. Two hours later I was still sitting there, and everyone else in the waiting room had gone before me. If you’re going to make appointments. It would be great if you took them on time.
