by Karen C on 09/30/2024I came to Lexus after a deer took out my former car. I felt comfortable immediately and was surprised at the camaraderie among the staff. My sales person Lacey was knowledgeable, personable and really listened to my needs and preferences… with no pressure. She kept telling me that this dealership would work with me to see that I was happy with my purchase. She was so right!! From the sales person to the sales manager to the business manager and technology department. I felt welcomed and accepted in a genuine manner. You can tell they love the cars they sell and know how to work well together. This did not feel like a regular car dealership. It felt like a friendship.Only 1 fob--Cmon Performance Lexus
by Jim on 07/04/2024Bought a 2024 RX350h; only after paying for the car, signing all the paperwork, and finishing a basic review of the car's features did we learn we would only get one fob and would have to wait one to two months for a second fob. Pretty low… handed. Expected much better. After nearly 3 weeks still no fob. We acted in good faith and upheld our end of the bargain.Jim, I apologize for the inconvenience with your key fob. Waisted time and unprofessional sales dept
by Darlene Crothers on 05/11/2024After driving 45 min to see a car advertised and ready to buy it, the sales rep kept us waiting and then discovered the car was loaned out and NOT EVEN THERE!! UNACCEPTABLE!!Darlene, I'm really sorry to learn about your experience. It's certainly not our intention to waste anyone's time or cause such inconvenience. Well the Used Car Mgr apologized and told my husband that he would contact him on Tues when the car came back, NO CALL! This place CANNOT KEEP THEIR WORD!! He was explaining how he has been there for 35 years and how great their reviews are! I only care about my experience where they have dropped the ball time after time! So I guess only some people get treated well and the hell with the rest! I WILL NEVER do business with this company again, and our money spends well at other dealerships!

When buying a car, new or used, the research is on you! Car salespersons are only there to sell you… a car and not educate you. I, personally worked in sales and if you have a quota to meet and is not met you will be fired! I will not go into lengthy detail of my experience of this purchase but will mention that 6 hours of my life, that day, was encountered. 6 hours is way too long to be dealing with a major purchase with no support. The employee’s were understaffed and I was stuck with a sales rep dealing with multiple people. In making a substantial purchase I would have felt more comfortable with a one on one basis instead of waiting in line, after reaching certain parts of the purchase and waiting for the next step. While waiting for this purchase, I had nothing to eat. I was not the only one. I overheard another costumer complaining about the same thing. 6 hours is a long time to have not eaten. Yes, there was popcorn and pop available for free but sugar issues is a problem with me and I’m not alone. I suggested, as well as another customer, that the dealership should comp a dinner for the long wait. when that question was presented……it was was an Absolute No! The Employee’s also mentioned that they too had not eaten since breakfast. I don’t know if that is how business operate today but it’s not what I remember. Also, reaching out to someone above on the corporate chain or even in the immediate facility is no help. I suggest you, before buying, research the reputation of the dealership first! THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!UPDATE:I had my car serviced on 2/29/24. I cannot say enough about this dealership! Perfectly organized, constantly updated with the service that included video delivered right to my phone to give me exact detail on service and progress. I can say that I've never had such preferential treatment with up to date progress! The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable! I have found my personal place for reliability and comfort!

They helped me to compare and contrast different models and align them to my preferences,… without any pressure to purchase. So, I purchased. .I didn't feel as though I was in a dealership. Austin our sales person searched to find the vehicle we wanted before our lease came due. He found exactly what we wanted… Tracked repeatedly on where it was at over almost a 4 month journey keeping us informed all the way. Jeff in finance is also outstanding and helped us get the best deal possible on exactly what we needed on this new vehicle. And finally Carson in delivery is the very best in helping us understand our new vehicle and the technology that has advance since our last purchase. Everything worked seamlessly- from the sales process, to setting up the Lexus App, to the delivery details,… and the after sale assistance with new car questions! Krista Cole worked with my husband and me as we ordered a new car (first Lexus) and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process (made unnecessarily more difficult due to “supply-chain”… issues —totally out of Krista’s and Lexus’ control). Krista worked with us and obtained the exact car we wanted and we are totally thrilled. Everyone at Performance Lexus was fantastic—from our salesperson, Krista, to the business manager and to Carson who walked us through all the bells and whistles on the car. When my husband is ready for a new car, I am sure we will return to Performance Lexus!Wowzers!

The process was painless and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly. Multiple managers… (Ralph and Tony) came over to introduce themselves. We were offered waters, etc. New to the brand. Have made a career working for a rival luxury German automobile company… Was absolutely blown away by the experience! Dealership is impressive. Modern. Clean. Lots of amenities. Was given a tour. Everything was explained clearly and with tremendous patience. Never felt rushed. There was no haggling. No price markup. Refreshingly transparent. Given the current market climate, I was not expecting to have a car for maybe a month or two. Salesman followed up with me the next few days. By that following Saturday morning our car was ready! Again, everything went smoothly. Jeff in finance was great to work with. He took the time to secure the best rate. There was many services offered but wasn’t pressured into buying more. Ralph came out to make sure everything was satisfactory and thank us for our business. Carson and Geoffrey helped my wife learn how to use all of the technology on the car. It didn’t take very long at all. They were very efficient, professional, and considerate. Car even came with a few goodies like an umbrella, bag, key chain, even Lexus Chapstick! Ha. (Thanks Krista!) Already feel like I have made new friends there. So far it looks like they have secured long time returning customers! Highly recommend buying here. Have bought many cars from the Kings Auto Mall’s various dealerships over the years. Performance Lexus was hands down the best buying experience of my life.The way to do business

The whole experience, including selection of an extended warranty… that fit my needs and financing, was easy and professional.The Pursuit of Perfection is STRONG HERE!

He took care of us like we were family- and it's so rare nowadays, I had to kvell to… everyone I know. For your next car purchase, RUN- not walk to Performance Lexus and ask for Rick. What kind of [non-permissible content removed] they are… hiring. We are very disappointed when I learn that he added application fees We wanted to pay check for all the tax, title and other fees and he added to my auto loan with my permission. Please think before you go to this dealership. Their financial manager JEFF BUTLER is a [non-permissible content removed].Unprofessional
by aimansh on 08/04/2013updated 07/14/2025I got a letter from this dealership appraising my 09 Acura TL at $22300, so I thought I will go check the ES300h. Their sales manager (who sent me the letter) kept going around on how my Acura is not worth that much ( I checked KBB and… trade in for an excellent condition TL is $22000) and that there are several cars on the market for that price. I figured out at the end that this was merely a sales tech to get me in the dealership. Very unprofessional. My experience with this dealership was completely different about years ago when I bought my Lexus RX was very professional back then. Please do not waste people's time in the future by using cheap sales techniques.
