Performance Lexus

I came to Lexus after a deer took out my former car. I felt comfortable immediately and was surprised at the camaraderie among the staff. My sales person Lacey was knowledgeable, personable and really listened to my needs and preferences with no pressure. She kept telling me that this dealership would work with me to see that I was happy with my purchase. She was so right!! From the sales person to the sales manager to the business manager and technology department. I felt welcomed and accepted in a genuine manner. You can tell they love the cars they sell and know how to work well together. This did not feel like a regular car dealership. It felt like a friendship.
