Waisted time and unprofessional sales dept

After driving 45 min to see a car advertised and ready to buy it, the sales rep kept us waiting and then discovered the car was loaned out and NOT EVEN THERE!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Well the Used Car Mgr apologized and told my husband that he would contact him on Tues when the car came back, NO CALL! This place CANNOT KEEP THEIR WORD!! He was explaining how he has been there for 35 years and how great their reviews are! I only care about my experience where they have dropped the ball time after time! So I guess only some people get treated well and the hell with the rest! I WILL NEVER do business with this company again, and our money spends well at other dealerships!
