by JAllison on 01/07/2025updated 01/14/2025We bought a demo vehicle noticed 2 days later the front grill was broken, no one told us, it was broken so we had to drive back to the dealership to be fixed, which caused us 3 more trips which are 1 hour and 15 minutes one way drive from… where we live. We also thought the vehicle had panoramic view but the dealership was closed by the end of the sale so they could not show us all the options and go over them with us before we left, we were told to bring it back another time. We were given a Chevrolet equinox as a rental car while our vehicle was being repaired it is a 5 passenger vehicle we bought a 7 passenger vehicle, so that caused us more issues because of our family size. The rental care was also filthy dirty on the inside.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback.

We don't condone any type of discrimination, at any level, from our staff members. We have a large and diverse group of happy employees who work here, that would not work here if they experienced anything in this regard.

SALESMAN PROBLEM
by Laurie on 06/11/2020We just a car from McCluskey. Salesman great at that time, very patient. Got a great car. I called the next day because it had wrong floor mats. My salesman Chris told me basically I was out of luck since it was a used car. He couldn't… order new ones (come out of his commission??) The car was advertised to come with floor mats, and silly me assume d that meant correct size floor mats not ones for a car half the size of what I bought. When I spend $30,000 for a car I expect correct floor mats whether a used vehicle or not. I even offered to take used mats! I think his excuses were BS when he would finally get back to me after several attempts to reach him. Don't buy a car from salesman by name of Chris Bauer!Hi Laurie, Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your concern. Although with a used vehicle we typically don't switch out items, and if a customer wants to upgrade or change items on their vehicle, it's their responsibility to do so, your complaint seems justified based upon the fact that you indicate that they are too small for your vehicle. You should be hearing from a member of our connection center team shortly to order you some mats for your vehicle. We are sorry for the confusion that this caused and we are glad that we were able to go ahead and approve for you to get some different mats for your vehicle.
