  • Not the service I expect from a Mercedes Benz service center

    I have two Mercedes vehicles, and I will no longer take either of them to Mercedes-Benz of Centerville due to their poor service and lack of accountability. I was charged for a window repair that was never completed. When the issue persisted and the car was brought back, their own service video confirmed the original repair had not been done at all. I was told the service manager would contact me to apologize and issue a refund, but no one ever followed up—even after I followed up myself. Overall, Mercedes-Benz of Centerville treats their customers as a distraction, not a priority. This is not the level of care you expect from the Mercedes-Benz brand. I’ll be taking all future sales, service, and referrals to Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell, where you receive the level of service Mercedes owners should expect.

    Thank you Ms. Ross for your prompt attention and willingness to respond and resolve my problem with your service department mishaps of communication. You definitely displayed class act for your brand in a timely manner. Thanks to the general manager and service manager Mr bowling for taking the time to assist and resolve. All of your efforts were greatly appreciated.

    A great experience from start to finish, Tristan was my advisor and advocate. He was knowledge and helpful and fun to deal with. David came through with a fair deal and they had the car detailed and ready in a few hours. Highly recommend this dealership and Tristan in sales.

    I have two Mercedes and both are serviced by Mercedes Benz of Centerville. Service is excellent and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I definitely will buy all future Mercedes there and the service will always be performed by their excellent technicians.

  • Can't deal with [violative content deleted]!

    Leased a 2008 E350 back in November, sales team was good to work with however, current sales manager has absolutely no ethics. At the final moments of my negotiations, the sales manager was brought in to give his canned "what will it take to close this deal now" speech. I stated my terms and conditions to make the deal happen and the sales manager agreed. This was noted by the sales rep and I moved to the finance department to complete the deal. As a condition of the deal (noted by the sale rep too)., the dealership was to replace the windshield on my turn in vehicle. The final numbers were all agreed upon and the lease company was involved too. Several weeks later, I received a bill for $300.00 for a new windshield. I promptly contacted the dealer and spoke with my rep, he agreed that they were to fix this therefore he would seek repayment as I had to pay GMAC to cover this debt. Weeks went by with no reply, I stopped in and spoke with the sales manager who made that commitment to me. He informed me that it wasn't a part of the deal. I replied with the comment that the sales rep and I both agreed that it was in fact part of the deal and was even on the contract paperwork. He finished by stating that "there was no way the dealership was going to pay that charge and if the sales rep agreed with me, that he could pay it out of his own pocket!" There was no misunderstanding, it was very clear as part of my deal and this very poor sales manager would rather throw his own employee under the bus than to honor is own word. I can't say enough about this action... I decided to pay the amount myself and eat it rather than have an innocent sales rep pay it out of his pocket. I will inform everyone I know of this issue.
    • That definitely doesn't sound like Ross MB. I just dealt with them on an R-Class and have been dealing with the dealership for a while now. I will say this, that manager you mention in your review is not the same person I dealt with this last time. That guy is gone and has been replaced by one of the most laid car dealers I've ever met. He's awesome to deal with. That being said, I did have some "run-ins" with some old employees but a simple email to Ms. Ross took care of it directly. I would encourage anyone who is considering a Mercedes to give them a try. They definitely aren't high pressure at all, despite what this person is saying. If you feel they are when you visit then go somewhere else. You won't though

  • I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

    I went in to this dealership to look at the CLA before ordering the AMG model. They treated me so bad because I guess I look young and told me to come back another day to test drive when it was in the middle of the day with no customers there. Then I sent a internet inquiry to get to know what it took to order the AMG and they sent me templates and didnt even answer my question. I have now went to west chester mercedes where I have been treated amazing and I am getting my car shortly. DONT GO HERE AT ALL!!! I wouldnt go here even for service when I live 5 mins away.
