Jeff Wyler Chevrolet loose oil filter and false repair quote.

Brief explanation, 7-29-22, Wyler appraisal, went home. Discovered oil leak. Went to Wyler service appointment 8-1-22. Quoted false repairs. Mechanic Cody admitted no repairs needed, they loosened my oil filter so he tightened. Firestone confirmed no repairs needed. Joey laughed many times, at one point Ryan stood over me and said keep playing the role. Eric took my receipt then put his hand up and said I don't want to hear anymore, your done goodbye. I made an incident report with sheriff. Eric, Jennifer had meeting with Jeff 8-3-22 in Cincinnati called me for meeting on Friday at 11:00am. I was called a conspiracy theorist, told that I was mean to the staff by Jennifer, they were going to offer a 12 month warranty, however, not sure they wanted to because of my behavior. They had me sign a warranty but would not give me a copy. They won't take responsibility for loosening filter that started everything. Left message with Jeff. No call back still unresolved and I haven't received the credit for 8-1-22. I'm continuing my complaint for resolution. I wrote my first review for yelp at 9:44 AM then I received a call from Erik of Jeff Wyler Chevrolet at 10:52 AM. I was informed that Jeff would not be calling me back and that I was no longer allowed to come into the dealership.

Malibu

I had a coupon. Not sure if they honored it, but I had to take my car back in anyway and they said they weren’t going to charge another diagnostic fee so that was a relief. The bad thing is when your car goes out of warranty it just add up. $$$

Jeff Wyler Chevrolet is the best

Jeff Wyler Chevrolet is the best, I purchased an equinox premier 2017 model brand new. I’ve had the best performance from this vehicle and the best service ever from this dealership. I used the app a few days ago to set up an oil change and rotation it was seamless and easy.

When I arrived at the dealership Greg Scott greeted me with a big smile and firm handshake, things only got better as he showed me around he made me feel like I was in control and listened to what needs were in a car. Very pleasant experience

I came in for service and a key , originally the key had an issue and s new one was ordered , the initial clerk never followed up I had a lady named Lisa call and set up the follow up , upon arrival found the key wasn’t correct , Lisa did everything to fix the issue and made it right in the end. Very professional and she took that extra step to ensure I was satisfied.

Ok service but the customer service experience is lacking. I got an oil change and was suppose to have a car wash and a car wash wasn’t performed; had to wait over ten minutes to get my paperwork to cash out!

Jeff Wyler Chevy made it easy to switch dealerships

This visit was a simple oil change. We were loyal customers of Bobby Laymen Chevy for a number of years. However after the death of Mr. Laymen, that dealership is NO longer Bobby Laymen Chevy. It is now Mark Wahlberg Chevy and all new people. But not for the better. We went to Mark Wahlberg's and did NOT like the change or the service at all. So we set out to find a new Chevy dealership that makes us feel comfortable and get good service. And Jeff Wyler's has met those expectations for us.

My vehicle drives like a new automobile with 125k maintenance
