    We purchased a vehicle from a new salesmen, Shawn Tackett, he was wonderful. The vehicle we were interested in was not easy to locate and he never gave up. He even got it ready for us to test drive, which it was not. We left that night very happy with the purchase we had made and have already recommended him to a friend.

    The service staff at Jeff Wyler has always gone out of their way to provide me excellent care which is greatly appreciated. If work is not needed, I'm told and never taken advantage of for unnecessary work. I hope my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer will survive to at least 200K miles.

  • Poor service

    Filled out all the forms on the internet and made a appt with sales to test drive. Sales lady called the evening before to confirm appt. Drove for over an hour to the dealership, waited for 30 min to speak with someone and was then told the vehicle had sold the night before. The only thing the manager could say was she was sorry we drove down. How about picking up the phone and letting us know the vehicle had sold!!

    I'm currently in the market for a new vehicle. I called the Jeff Wyler dealership as they had several models of trucks in stock that I would be interested in. I called the dealership first to make sure the vehicles were still in stock and a few other questions I had before I made the hour drive to Jeff Wyler. Sean was the sales person I talked to. After talking with Sean there were a few things he was going to follow up on and get back to me. 5 days later still no return call from Sean. Very disappointing considering the questions Sean was to follow up on were pretty simple. A returned call even with bad news is respectable and I could appreciate. Sorry Jeff Wyler, I will be looking somewhere else to do my business.

    My husband and I were in the market for a truck and decided to go with Jeff Wyler. We were paired with Tessa. In the very beginning I felt very comfortable with her. She was not pushy, but answered all our questions and if she didn’t know she found out right away. I was very impressed. Also it really seems like this dealer goes the extra mile for its customers. I will definitely be back!

    Buying my first brand new car right off the truck was a very intimidating experience as I am extremely money cautious and always looking for the best deal for the budget. While on my hunt for a new car at their dealership, they were very patient with my indecisiveness on which direction I wanted to take with buying new or used and left the option completely up to me! After making my decision to go with a new car, GM put a stop sale recall on the vehicle that I purchased which was out of the dealerships control, which put the process on hold for two weeks. They were very generous with giving me a nice brand new car to drive in the meantime, hassle free. I was extremely irritated on how my first car buying experience happened with GM's recall and was frustrated on the time it took for GM to resolve the issue. I worked with Joe & Alan whom calmed me down, spoke to me like a normal person and not as a normal sales associate, and changed my entire attitude. They worked on getting me in another car. I was able to get all my add-on's done in a timely manner. I was extremely impressed in the end result on how professional they handled me as an upset, irritated, non patient customer, which changed my whole perception toward them. I was a customer that walked away with a smile on my face and happy that I toughed it out and believed in people still being true in the world. I am glad to now be a part of the Wyler Family and will continue my business with them for a long time to come. If you are looking for down to earth profession sales service, with amazing pricing deals, then this is the dealership that you are looking for. Never pushy, never annoying and was always greeted when I walked through the doors by my first name and a bottle of water! Thank You Sales Team @ Jeff Wyler!

  • Unfortunate Sales Experience

    On the Service side we have absolutely no complaints. However, Jeff Wyler, still hasn't figured out the Sales side of things. This was not our first rodeo with Jeff Wyler we vowed we'd never come back after our last two disastrous situations. We waited it out, they had some renovations and maybe staff changes so we decided to give it another whirl. First let me start off by saying Jeff Wyler needs to fix the online false advertisement issue. We came in because we saw a truck we wanted, with the discounted online price. Once we got there and started working the numbers the truck increased a whole 5k and we were told it was because of the rims. Nowhere in the world should you be buying $5,000 for rims for four tires. Even on Edmunds site it said the rims were 2995 if they were the upgraded ones. We knew that, the person working with us knew that but the Sales Director, Joe Day insisted that was the price. Okay, we will let that slide. So aside from that, we get a general quote for their 72 months promotion 0% interest GMC offered, which we qualified for. The write up Joe did didn't add up when you divided the total amount by 72 months. In that write up we were given a 12,000 guess estimate for what we should get back on our trade. They told us used cars section would give us a more accurate number when they are available. So...later on we get a 9500 value for trade. We're told it went down to 9500 because we had an air issue (we were aware of this because that's what we were originally there for) so they told us if we pay $1000.00 quoted service for the air to get fixed on the trade it will go up to 12 or 13k. How it would jump up from 9500 to 13k for the air issue I do not know? So anyway, we get other quotes for the payment, with or without the rims. The sales director knew well that we wanted the rims but still decided to send us a quote without them. So....later Mr. Joe Day comes out...obviously frustrated. The entire time I let him and husband talk but I hated his mannerisms and his tone. He kept talking about negative equity, but we knew we had negative equity--- that was not the issue, the issue was the $5k he claimed the rims were and did not want to sell it for the internet price. He kept saying they disclosed online they add accessories, yes but it doesn’t say the accessories would up the price. He would not budge, and neither did we. We didn't want the truck without the rims. So he says basically okay well sorry can't do anything. We said fine and we left our car with their service department and left. Literally 3 hours later we get a detailed email from Joe Day. The email says "is my sales team taking care of you?" "How can I help you can I get you more for your trade?" We were so super confused because this is the man that literally just told us bye and stick it where the sun don't shine and now he wants to negotiate. So, intrigued, my husband replies and basically says yes....give us the car with the rims for the price advertised and we have a deal. We've heard nothing since. I do want to add that I just now looked online and now they added the 5k to the price. HA! We wish Jeff Wyler the best, we really do. The service people are gems. But our Sales experience has always been awful. We were there for literally 4 hours and to walk away because he didn't want to give us what was advertised is amazing. We took time out of our day off to spend with Jeff Wyler in all their inaccuracies and mistreatment (we're not going to get into the 35 minutes we waited to get help on the truck we wanted to test drive). Jeff Wyler has officially and forever lost us on the buying side. First, learn how to add and subtract, second, please learn how to have class and basic respect for the human race.

    I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Impala LT at Jeff Wyler Columbus. Joe Jackson seen me "window shopping" the car and asked if I wanted to drive take it for a drive. Not intending to make a purchase, he made the inquiry and qualification process seamless. His kindness and professionalism made me comfortable enough to give him my personal information. Story in short, I drove away in my new Chevy Impala the next day with a trade in on my Mercedes Benz. I would recommend Joe to anyone wanted to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you Joe!
