  • Refuse to honor Edmunds Suggested Price after not rejecting over phone

    Refused to honor anywhere near Edmunds Suggested Price after I spoke with salesman on phone about the Edmunds Suggested Price. Salesman did not reject the Edmunds Suggested Price on the phone. Presumably he agreed with the price or otherwise he would have told me and not make me come to the dealership. Asked me to come into dealership. When I came to dealership, salesman and manager asked me to pay thousands above the Edmunds Suggested Dealer Price. Deceptive dealer! I left and purchased the car at another dealership the next day who was more transparent.

    We have had the experience, now, of having purchased or leased three vehicles from Brunswick Toyota. It has been an absolute pleasure to do business with these people, and I wish I could do it more often, just to have the excuse to visit with these exceptional people. I can not say enough about the very professional and exceptionally personable salesperson, Tony Williams. He is a great guy. Period. We also greatly enjoyed our experience with Mr. Scott McKay in finance. Both f these people are top-notch. And, we could not be happier with our Rav 4's- all three of us! Our AWD vehicles mean we are totally ready for the snow (bring it)! Thank you for great cars and wonderful, excellent people.

    We had a great experience at BAM-Toyota. Arthur was our salesperson. We came in at 7:00 on a Monday. I was out the door with my new Tacoma by 9:30. They gave me the KBB value of my trade in and worked with me on the lease terms. I felt respected... not coerced.

    I have been in need of a new car preferably and SUV. I have had my eyes on the Dodge Journey. Didn’t think it would happen. But thanks to josh it happened. My kids and I just love our new car. Can’t wait to go on our first road trip. I would really recommend anyone to go. They will truly work with you. Thank you

    When I told the sales person M.H., at Brunswick Toyota that I wanted to go to METRO Toyota to see the inventory and compare lease prices, I was told that METRO doesn't have a good selection, which later, I found out to be false. Actually, METRO Toyota, had the car in the color that I wanted, but was too late, I already leased a car from Brunswick Toyota. Do Not Trust the people from Brunswick Toyota!

    I would recommend this dealership to someone who already knows the vehicle and doesn't need instruction on the details such as setting the clock or other technical details. The salesperson could not have cared less about teaching me...all he wanted to do was get back on the floor and sell the next vehicle.

    I would like to thank Will for the greatest help in my husband and I buying the 2017 Dodge Ram Rebel.we test drove the truck with Will with us, as we were driving he was explaining what the buttons on the dashboard. For someone new to the dealership, Will is Awesome. This is the third vehicle we have bought there. Only place to go.

    We just purchased a used 2016 Dodge Caravan from Patrick Fraley. It was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I didn't have a lot of time to come to the dealership and we needed to get out of our lease and into a van since we have our third child on the way. We still had a good chunk of time on our lease and were worried about getting out of it without paying a big chunk of money. Previous dealerships would not work with me over the phone and wanted me to come down to the dealership and still could not compromise but Patrick Fraley worked with me over the phone to get all the info he needed and worked the problem of our lease and all the other calculations needed to make all parties happy. We were able to come to a great compromise and I was only in the dealership for 40 minutes or so to check out the van and then sign the paperwork. I believe more salesman need to be like Patrick Fraley in how they handle sales. Working with customers on what they need and not just trying to get them to come down and test drive a car like the majority of my experiences buying cars have been. I am a numbers person so knowing the numbers on what I will be spending is much more important than a test drive. If the price isn't good, a test drive won't make it better for a person like me. I will be referring anyone I know looking for a vehicle to Patrick.

    I went to Brunswick Automart on Saturday April 8 with my old car and drove off the lo with my new Toyota! I wan tto thank Mo Hanini for his excellent guidance and service. He made the experience easy and hassle free. I would definately recommend this dealership to family and friends!

    I was communicating with a sales Rep over email, we were discussing a trade and working on a deal for a lease. After several emails back and forth, I though things were going well, I made an offer to the sales person and asked him to discuss it with him manager. he replied to my email "talked to my Manager and we are all in". So what else would you assume from that besides acceptance of the offer. When I got there I test drove the car and then we say down to go over paperwork, the sales person then played completely dumb and acted like the email I sent him never happened, and basically told me he was accepting his original offer, he wasted mine and my wife's very valuable time and it left me very upset and I will never purchase a car from this dealership again. needless to say I did not purchase a car

    Sales and finance dept. have no integrity. Make sure you read all the paperwork when you are signing the finance papers. They like to add gap insurance, extend term of purchase or lease months, increase payment dollar amount with out telling you. Once signed you have no recourse. Horrible business practices. Salesman Art Miller, Scott in finance, and the general manger of dealer Chuck Dodds [non-permissible content removed] and slick to trick you.

  • Purchased a 2015 Forester

    Worked with Eric Holley. Called him up Wednes. night. Told him what I wanted . He said he had it at the price I wanted. Told him I would be in Thursday. My wife drove it, liked it and Eric honored the price he quoted over the phone. About 15 minutes on the phone, 1 hour at the dealership and we were on our way. Best car buying experience I ever had. No haggling, no hassles, no high pressure sales. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about the car and options. Tip of the hat to the finance guy as well. Very friendly and courteous. Not at all rude like the finance guy at another dealership I was at with my son. Ask for Eric Holley. Easily five stars. Thank you Eric!!!

    We got our 2012 Venza as our first lease from Tony Williams. He was so easy to work with and we were so impressed when we picked up our car. He didn't just hand us our keys and say have a nice day, he took us to the car and explained all the features and showed us how to use them. He even programed our phone with Bluetooth. We loved our Venza. Brunswick Toyota has provided amazing customer service for us for almost 3 years. When we brought our Venza in for it's regular 41 point check two weeks ago, we thought we'd talk to Tony about our options when the lease was up in Sept. He outlined what we could do and ended up putting us in a new Venza with more options and nearly the same price! When we picked it up last week Tony provided us with the same "special treatment" before handing us the "key" and that was to show us how all the new fancy features worked compared our "old" one. He worked patiently and persistently on getting both of the geezers flip phones to work with Bluetooth. We think he is the greatest he is not a 5 star but a 10 (again). We will be seeing him in another 3 years.

    David was very patient and answered all questions about the new car. He gave us good price and quickly located the car in the right color and trim. I received the quote via email right from the start which wasn't the case for some of the "Internet sales" people in other places.

    We purchased a new Subaru Outback 2015 from Rick Cortes at Brunswick Auto Mart. The entire process from initial contact through training on the vehicle functions when we picked it up, was outstanding. We really enjoyed working with Rick. He exceeded our expectations at every step. Ask for Rick when you go there.

    Recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited from Brunswick Auto Mart. We had a great experience working with Rick Cortez. Rick was knowledgeable, friendly and didn't pressure us. He related well and didn't play the games so many of us long-time vehicle buyers have come to know when dealing with car salesmen. The lease process was smooth, and one of the quickest we've experienced - and we have leased multiple cars in the past. Eric (Finance) was professional and courteous. We highly recommend Brunswick Auto Mart (Subaru).
