Took awhile, but very pleasant!
by KathyChrysler12 on 06/15/2019I saw the vehicle online. It was a great price and available! James was very helpful in having it ready for me. Finance and paper work took a little long but it was very busy. Thank you guys!Bait and switch
by TEL on 04/08/2019updated 04/16/2019I called inquiring about a specific, txt me the specs on the car and let them know I would be by to look at the car. When i got there, they tried to show me a different car. They knew ahead of time the car was already gone. Be upfront but… don't have me drive out of my way and not have the car I'm interested in.GREAT SERVICE!!!
by Jonu8565 on 01/14/2019I came in looking for a specific car, and not only did I drive out with it, but got a much lower payment then I wanted too. The service by all the salespeople and managers were fantastic. Thank you Joe and North Coast Auto Mall!!!Satisfied

by Begorter03 on 05/06/2018I had a terrible experience today. To be fair, I waited to write this review verses writing it while I was very upset. I had been communicating with Alise since Wednesday about driving up to Cleveland to test drive a vehicle and have it… inspected. I was under the impression that she was my direct salesperson. Wrong. Anyway, she told me she had cleared the inspection time with her manager. I then confirmed an inspection appointment with a local mechanic. Alise had even confirmed via email confirmation in addition to a text and phone call. My dad and I headed out early this morning on our three hour drive to NCAM. About five minutes out we received a phone call from Sean. Apparently he was the actual salesmen and not Alise. Not a deal breaker. Sean explains that he saw we have an appointment but the car was not ready and he believed it was getting aligned. My first thought is why wouldn't maintenance already be complete on a car that was on a lot for sale and or ready for a customer who is driving so far to see the vehicle. He told me he called me the day before. I recalled a 216 missed call. No message was left and when I called back, no one answered. Nor was an email sent to me, but a confirmation instead. Anyway, Sean placed me on hold and never returned nor called back. I immediately called Alise. She then explained that he was my salesperson and that she would see what was going on. She seemed empathetic but never called me back. Upon arrival we were greeted by a number of people. My dad and I were asked to take a seat with another guy. Not sure of his role. He looked me up and explained what was going on. He seemed empathetic and tried to help as much as he could without overstepping his boundaries, I suppose. Sean was all over the place, dismissive and still trying to locate the vehicle. At one point the guy whose desk we were sitting at called him and asked if everything was okay and if he needed to step in and assist. I guess Sean said no. Sean reappeared after a while. He explained that the car was on a test drive and how they could not refuse a test drive, despite a scheduled appointment. He asked if that was okay. I honestly replied "No," considering that I had a scheduled appointment and had driven three hours, not including the extra hour and half from my home to pickup my dad. Sean cut me off and explained that at the end of the day that is just how it is. At that point, I was over his poor customer service and condescending and arrogant attitude. The other guy was just looking like WOW. It was all over his face that Sean was terrible to us. Despite all of that, I stuck around a little longer because I was really interested in the car. Sean took me to his desk and started typing. He was pushy and asked if my inspection checked out would I be buying because a lot of people were all over the car. Not sure if that was a tactic or true but I was not feeling him at all by then. When I said I was not sure (because I had not even test driven the car) he took a deep frustrated breath. Sean left once again and the finance manager then appeared. He apologized and talked in circles about someone test driving the car. It was not until the very end of his spill that I realized that he was telling me that if the people who had walked in to look at the car was not interested, then we could look at it and take it for the already scheduled inspection. He also mentioned trying to get me financed. I never said that I needed their financing or that I planned to finance. Now remember I had scheduled an appointment with the dealer and mechanic. I had also made the decision to pay cash and had went to my bank the day before. However, at this point of the experience, I had experienced a lot of things one tries to avoid when purchasing a car. I walked out. Too many dealerships within a 200 mile radius to be treated like that. We were not customers, we were sales. Maybe other salesmen a cool there, not sure. I know I wasted my entire morning, gas, and time. Not to mention toll fees.great experience
by nichole6356 on 11/27/2017sam alhout helped me get a great car that i love when i had no expectations going in to see him. i am very pleased with the service and will recommend them to anyone.A Great Selection & Wonderful Experience
by adamwest on 08/02/2017The Bedford, OH location has a great selection of cars, their pricing is fair and up to par with market value and I was surprised to see that they had newer 2017 vehicles with little to no mileage and still great pricing. I purchased an… Impala from them and had a wonderful experience with Nicole and the rest of the staff who helped me pick out a vehicle. I literally walked around the lot for six hours and had about a thousand questions and was still treated like family! Great service guysNicole was awesome !
by Cierra_Moten on 07/21/2017My entire experience this time around with North Coast auto mall was a breeze ! Nicole and I had messaged back and forth for almost a week straight before I actually came in for a car. She was very knowledgeable and made it easy for me to… sign and drive off the lot. Not to mention, i had a very unique situation (totaled car, but loan wasnt cleared yet) and she reassured me that everything would be fine, and it was !! Thanks NicoleHappy customer
by gmcsierra on 07/17/2017Overall experience went reasonably well. They didn't negotiate on price but were transparent. I did not actually visit the dealer, did my deal completely online, via mail, and over the phone so I can't vouch for the actual dealer… location. But my salesman Nick seemed very eager to help, competent, easy to speak to, accessible, and described the condition of the vehicle pretty well. I would work with him again and so far very happy with the truck.Professional and personal
by AM_2045 on 06/29/2017I enjoyed working with Nicole (sales) and Marissa (internet team). They both kept in great communication and Nicole went out of her way to see I got the vehicle I absolutely enjoy! She made sure I didn't walk away with something I was… displeased with. If Nicole was unsure of any information, she made sure that she found out and relayed it back in such a timely fashion! Nicole had me view and test drive this second vehicle thinking (already knowing) I would enjoy it immensely...and I did!!!!Satisfied Customer

by fezzik920 on 03/21/2017I am writing this review in order to give a big thanks to Dave Higgins of North Coast Auto Mall -Bedford. Dave answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. He put up with my extremely long test drive and also allowed… me to take the car to my own mechanic, a 50 minute ride-one way. If you are looking for a no frills, no BS, car buying experience, this is the place and Dave is the man. Do your homework, know what you want, and take the vehicle to your mechanic, strictly for peace of mind, and you will save thousands. Again, thanks Dave Higgins. Signed, John C.Proud car owner!!!
by Alisax87 on 03/14/2017I was very skeptical about purchasing a new car but it was one of the exhilarating experiences I had! I recommend Edwaun, he was very realistic and honest. He took the time to explain the process of buying a vehicle and getting the approval… we was hoping for. These guys jump through hoops to make our dream car a reality! It wasn't a quick process but they made it worth the wait. Thank you, Edwaun!NCAM sales review
by 2016ram2500 on 02/07/2017I worked with Nichole, and my buying experience was good. They do a LOT of business so your sales person will most likely be working with several customers at the same time. Because of thid their not able to give that one on one special… feeling. Nichole was very attentive none the less and while she was working with me, i was the customer she was focused on. Any questions she did not know the answer to, she went out of her way to find out. As long as you know what your looking for, this dealership will do everything they can to get you in your next car. I cant speak to their financing as i secured my own.Worst experience ever, Buyers beware
by Shay85_L on 01/29/2017I would never refer anyone to this dealership even with the referral program that they have. First of all shortly after getting the car (not even a month) one of the wipers stopped working and then both of my side mirrors needless to say… they never fixed the problem; maybe 6 months later or sooner my motor went out the dealership would not get back in touch with me until I stopped making my payments and only then did they decide to contact me after 2 months of nonpayment, when they finally did get my car in no one contacted me about what was going on, it was so unprofessional. I finally get my car back and no they didn't fix my wipers or mirrors and to top it all off my very over price crap car that I'm stuck paying for locks and unlocks whenever it feels like it also the traction goes in and out and the engine light is on just to name a few problems I'm having since it was returned so apparently the service department doesn't know what they are doing. I urge anyone whose looking for a vehicle please don't come here I would hate to see anyone suffer,be scammmed and be as disappointed as I am.Sales
by Drakes917 on 01/16/2017Went in and purchased a car. Got he car that I wanted. Although my payments were a tad bit more than what I wanted. They were the best deal shopping around. The process was very speedy. Thanks TayneshaNot impressed Cory from NorthCoastAutoMall
by tfastline on 01/09/2017bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S, asked about the condition of the paint, tire and wheels. all were told not problems 1 wheel had curb scratched. After flying 1100+ miles I noticed part of the car had been re-painted. the car inside was not… even vacuumed. the car salesman did not know anything about the re-paint. at the time I thought it was just a small portion had been repainted, but after washing the car noticed the hood, front bumper, back bumper ,trunk and passenger rear corner panel had all been re-painted and the paint job was not that good. also the tires were not in good condition and every wheel had been curb scraped or chipped. I find it hard to believe that no one at the dealership knew any of this. this is only a 2015 and a higher end car too. also called the owner or manager and left a voicemail and they have not return my call, nor Cory my salesman would return my call or text. I would have bought another car knowing the paint job, but expecting that the dealership were being honest I bought the car and flew to pick it up, so not a lot of options when I picked it up to walk away. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU ABOUT THE CAR, INVESTIGATE YOURSELF OR BY A PROFESSIONAL...So Disappointed!
by IDORSEY216 on 12/19/2016I was looking to trade my car in and by another car from Northcoast. I went through AAA association to find the car I wanted and got a call back from John Wayland. We made an appointment for me to come in. When I got there I met with Nick… Baron, which was the first strike, because I thought I was meeting with John! They offered me $11000 for my 2013 Chrysler 300C with 45,000 miles, strike two. One the website blue book value with everything wrong was $13,000. Nick said he would check with other warehouses to get better trade in deal. After numerous calls and emails to John and Nick, both promised to get back in touch with me, but never did! I was so disappointed! Even with the bad reviews I decided to give them a chance. Even if they had bad news, they could have communicated something back to me. It worked out though, CARMAX traded my car for $15,500 and I got my car.North coast auto mall review
by Tgd501996 on 12/16/2016I met with Nicole and she gave me very helpful information and I successful bought my first car would high recommend her and this facility to anyone and everyonegood experience
by oatsie17 on 12/05/2016Kent was very helpful and worked to help us find a car that fit for us. There ended up being something 'off' with the brakes when he, himself, drove it, and caught it right away and had it fixed immediately before given to us.
