My entire experience this time around with North Coast auto mall was a breeze ! Nicole and I had messaged back and forth for almost a week straight before I actually came in for a car. She was very knowledgeable and made it easy for me to sign and drive off the lot. Not to mention, i had a very unique situation (totaled car, but loan wasnt cleared yet) and she reassured me that everything would be fine, and it was !! Thanks Nicole
