Was skeptical of looking at vehicles from different dealership than I normally purchased from. But was very pleased with the customer service. The concern for MY needs and professionalism is those who take care of my purchase experience

A Great Escape Experience

We weren't even sure what we were looking for when we first arrived, but Rudy took… the time to get to know our likes and dislikes, our goals and our price range. My car needed more than I had anticipated and he explained the need, the pricing and the time needed. He arrange a ride… back to my home and a pick-up so I would not have to wait and called when the car was ready. The driver was friendly and prompt. Still trying to learn eveything. Sales manager about gave me a heart attack by coming out… while cleaning out old car and saying wait...stop what u are doing. ..we have a problem with the credit report... it says credit is only 400. I gasped....what!!!!! There is no way.... I know I have almost 800 credit score. ..he starts laughing and says just having fun...credit is perfect. I know he was teasing....but not funny to me concidering I have heart issues and couldn't catch my breath for 10 min. Never assume customers are in good health and able to be scared like that.Great Staff
