My wife was looking for a 4wd vehicle with a third row seat to be able to put 4 car seats in. The best part The vehicle we purchased had everything she wanted and was below the cost she wanted to spend..thank you...

Treated like a Star!
by Dave_Lisa_P on 10/28/2014Our salesman, JAN RUSSO, was SUPER ATTENTIVE to our needs in a vehicle. We were there to buy an Escape. I mentioned that color was NOT an issue, but if the vehicle came in blue, it would be okay. After a few suv's, and not liking the… design of the new Escapes, he suggested an Edge. It was different, but good. We realized it was getting late, but Jan said he was there to help us get a vehicle that we liked. He succeeded! The icing on the cake? It was blue! We're 'over the Edge' with AutoNation Ford in Amherst - this is vehicle #3 for us!Easy transaction

I shopped around before I went to Amherst but no one was even close to the deal I got here.… The salesman Travis C. worked with his sales manager Nathan and the general sales manager Lonnie to aprove my offer and then the financial services manager Chris got me the best rate. Her approach was determined but not pushy. She addressed our requirements and listened (big in… my book). We dealt with a number of other sales individuals while shopping. Some good some need to find another line of work. Christine by far the best of the lot. Next challenge will be for the dealership to support her efforts.Positive experience.
