Even though the dealership service department was very busy. Shaun log in my appointment with patience and calmness. My car needed more than I had anticipated and he explained the need, the pricing and the time needed. He arrange a ride back to my home and a pick-up so I would not have to wait and called when the car was ready. The driver was friendly and prompt. The car was washed and cleaned and the cashier was as friendly and efficient as everyone else.
