AutoNation Ford Amherst

Was dissapointed that sales team never took the time to go over all the features in the car. We had to have other people who own fusions show us. Still trying to learn eveything. Sales manager about gave me a heart attack by coming out while cleaning out old car and saying wait...stop what u are doing. ..we have a problem with the credit report... it says credit is only 400. I gasped....what!!!!! There is no way.... I know I have almost 800 credit score. ..he starts laughing and says just having fun...credit is perfect. I know he was teasing....but not funny to me concidering I have heart issues and couldn't catch my breath for 10 min. Never assume customers are in good health and able to be scared like that.
