First impression of the service department for my new car 5k mile visit: amazing! Shelby George was welcoming, friendly and helpful! Tire rotation and car wash was finished quickly!

My Service Adviser, Cindy, is very knowledgeable and organized and has the vehicle serviced within a reasonable time. Getting an acceptable time for… service is relatively easy. Overall I am very happy with Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota. As for the negative mark for not receiving an accurate estimate for the work, it is not applicable in my case as I have paid, in advance, for my service.Very slow and expensive oil change
by Rick on 11/07/2020When I arrived, there was only one car in the bay in front of me. After waiting for over 45 minutes. I finally went to look to see what was taking so long. There was only my van and another car in the garage. No one was working on… either vehicle. When I was able to get the salesman attention away from his computer, he went to get the boy from the break room. Apparently, the boy was finished with the oil change and only needed to ask me if I wanted to buy their overpriced cabin air filter. I said no and the van was pulled around to the front within the minute. I wonder how long I had been waiting unnecessarily and how much longer they were going to make me wait? I had to pay $15 for the service on this oil change....I guess I had to help pay the salaries of the 3 computer jockeys that were sitting around. I will not be returning.Rejected 5 yr old tint that has passed all these years.
by Sam on 10/26/2020Without any test, other than with his eyes, the tint that has been on my car since purchased in 2016, was summarily rejected. No explanation, just the accusation that we lied! We'll find another place to have our car serviced.lack of sanitizing

Also there was no hand sanitizer visible and my car did not appear to be sanitized. Otherwise this dealer would… have received 5 starsPreventive Maintenance
