Dealership Service Review
When I arrived, there was only one car in the bay in front of me. After waiting for over 45 minutes. I finally went to look to see what was taking so long. There was only my van and another car in the garage. No one was working on either vehicle. When I was able to get the salesman attention away from his computer, he went to get the boy from the break room. Apparently, the boy was finished with the oil change and only needed to ask me if I wanted to buy their overpriced cabin air filter. I said no and the van was pulled around to the front within the minute. I wonder how long I had been waiting unnecessarily and how much longer they were going to make me wait? I had to pay $15 for the service on this oil change....I guess I had to help pay the salaries of the 3 computer jockeys that were sitting around. I will not be returning.
