Phill Harrington, service advisor, serviced my F150, and I was very impressed with his friendly and professional attitude. Phil made me feel special and went out of his way to provide outstanding customer care. He has earned my loyalty.

They actually told me to take somewhere else and that they weren't going to fix anything! I took… it to another dealership and the truck was fixed within a week. I will never be back to Tindol nor will I recommend antyone to Tindol.Very good no hassle Subaru dealer

Fantastic experience at Tindol

They are extremely honest folks who genuinely care about you getting the vehicle you are looking for at the best price. I found several other dealerships… that make similar claims but only Tindol backed it up 100%. Lyle and Tito are extremely knowledgeable about their products and did a fantastic job with both the deal on the car and the orientation with the car and its features. They took the time and gave 100% of their focus and attention to me as the customer the entire time I was with them. Worked with David Montgomery in finance and he was extremely friendly, fast and efficient, very pleasant process. Highly recommend Tindol!Please forgive the delay with this response...wanted to say a giant THANK YOU for taking time to let us know about our superstars in the ROUSH House! Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!!

There were no surprises, no hidden fees...just complete transparency at… every step. In the end we got a lot more than we ever imagined we could. It was a pleasure to work with Doren Moore, Robin Anderson & David Montgomery. This is how car buying should be and we will definitely be Tindol customers from now on!!General service & maintenance

She actually responded very quickly to my emails compared to other dealers that took 2-3 days to respond to my… inquire. In this day and age, we can be too busy to talk to people and email conversations are always a Plus. The internet staff provided me with all the information I needed as well as set up a time to meet at the dealership. At the dealership the staff made sure we had all the available cars we discussed in the email. They offered a competitive price on the F150 and provided me with a great trade in value. Doug from finance was also a great person to talk to. It was a drive from south charlotte but It was definitely worth it. Thank you Susan H. for making my first truck purchase a great experience.Great experience

Tindol Subaru us a local dealer and I also hear them supporting my local news radio station a lot. Robin and Gordon helped me… out immensely. I got there around 6 pm after my old car failed to get be home from work that day. I was excited that it was finally time to get the crosstrek. Even though I didn't get there until 6pm, Robin and Gordon never rushed me or anything. (They close at 8pm). I checked out two models and drove one. Gordon was great explaining everything to me. After the test drive, I was ready to buy. They set me up in no time and I drove the crosstrek home. David set up my financing and I was good to go. Everyone was great and I was happy with my experience.I love this dealership

They answered all my questions honestly and helped me get into the truck of my dreams. Every question I had they had a quick response and we settled on… a good price. They even delivered the truck to my driveway I didn't even have to drive to the dealership. Jeff helped me get all the extras that I wanted in my truck before it was delivered.
