It was my first time using an internet sales person to purchase a car. Susan H. was extremely helpful in our email conversations. She actually responded very quickly to my emails compared to other dealers that took 2-3 days to respond to my inquire. In this day and age, we can be too busy to talk to people and email conversations are always a Plus. The internet staff provided me with all the information I needed as well as set up a time to meet at the dealership. At the dealership the staff made sure we had all the available cars we discussed in the email. They offered a competitive price on the F150 and provided me with a great trade in value. Doug from finance was also a great person to talk to. It was a drive from south charlotte but It was definitely worth it. Thank you Susan H. for making my first truck purchase a great experience.
