Stopped by at Jonson Lexus of Durham, and we were lucky enough to meet a wonderful person and extremely professional and experienced in car industry… Tim Carnes who will go miles just to make you satisfied and happy with the purchase. We were planning to buy one model but during the test drive we change our decision and Tim very patiently followed my husband from car to car to give us a chance to try as many cars as we want and it's fit our budget. He worked on the price with the most reasonable numbers to close the deal. We bought many cars but this is the first time to have such a nice and smooth experience with Tim. The management is customer-oriented as well. I would highly recommend Lexus of Durham over others in the area, they don't push you to just buy, they work for you!Thank you for your 5 star review! 2020 Lexus NX 300

Lexus was top notch in customer service, didn't feel like I was being pressured or given the run around. Came from a Toyota Camry I had 18yrs (still… running good with 191K miles) so I had a lot of anxiety about buying a new car but the quality service, respectfulness of the sales folks put me at ease. And the NX is really nice too! But until I put more miles on it, that's all I'll say about that. Pretty confident in Toyota/Lexus products and expect the NX to work out nicely.Welcome to the Johnson Lexus of Durham family! We hope you are enjoying your NX.

I had a much older model Lexus and was not planning to buy a new car when I stopped at this dealership towards the end of the year. I had test driven some… other cars but didn’t really like any. I spoke with Eryk and he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. We immediately honed in on the NX300 and Apple Car Play as the key function. Not all NX300s have it, so next Eryk had to find a color combo I would like, with the key function I wanted. I had never leased a car before, Eryk helped me to understand what that would look like and worked to find a car with the color combo and features I wanted. I never felt pressured and walked away from the entire experience feeling like the team at Johnson Lexus Durham is completely customer focused. They don’t want to sell you the car you are buying today, instead they want to make sure that your experience with them brings you, your family and friends back for their next car and the one after that. Three months in, I love my car. It’s a pleasure to drive and Car Play does everything I ask it to do. Not only that but my car sends me regular emails on how it’s doing, so I never have to be concerned about fluid levels etc. Go to Johnson Lexus Durham and ask for Eryk- he knows his stuff!Thank you for taking the time to share your great dealership experience. Ryan… worked diligently to make the best deal and fit the 'numbers' into my budget. Simon explained the financial details and helped me select the package that was just right for me. Jamie was awesome at sharing her expertise on the actual car itself. And of course Joe was involved in every aspect of the deal, adding a personal touch of his own. Win, win for me! Excellent buying experience

I worked with Derrick Rhodes who was courteous, professional, and… knowledgeable about the car. He was never pushy and was a pleasure to work with. We were able to talk through the price and the value of my trade in and an agreement was reached fairly quickly. I found the negotiation to be fair and painless and got an excellent price. The financing process was equally painless. Overall, I found this dealership to be less pressured than most and I enjoyed the experience. The facilities are immaculate and the service was top notch.
