Johnson Lexus of Durham

Purchased a 2020 Lexus NX from Johnson Lexus Durham NC and it was very pleasant experience. Lexus was top notch in customer service, didn't feel like I was being pressured or given the run around. Came from a Toyota Camry I had 18yrs (still running good with 191K miles) so I had a lot of anxiety about buying a new car but the quality service, respectfulness of the sales folks put me at ease. And the NX is really nice too! But until I put more miles on it, that's all I'll say about that. Pretty confident in Toyota/Lexus products and expect the NX to work out nicely.
